The desk staff never smiled..not welcoming at all. None of the staff ever said hello first but at least the housekeeper was friendly after I spoke first. The front desk woman said twice there was NO pool...I found out there was q pool..it was just closed due to cold weather. No complaints about the breakfast.

My stay was pleasing room was clean overall Hotel very comfortable breakfast bar was good too! very relaxing stay will return for next visit.

Arrived around 5 and everything went perfectly. Staff had my reservation and checking in took 5 minutes. Room was ready and in great shape.

Excellent stay next to Detroit Metro, excellent service to the airport. Made my day, will do again!!'

Nice hotel but noisy. You can't fault hotel what kind of people check in but none the less. Loud people at 1, 2, 3 in morning. Really. Music very loud. Not much rest but otherwise nice hotel. I think next trip I will find hotel away from airport

Bedding and pillows uncomfortable. Lamp shade broken. Floor was dirty, in my room and the hallway. Shower dirty, hair in it. Furniture and phone filthy. You get the idea.

Orbitz rated this hotel 4.5 stars. Upon check-in the front desk staff was friendly, however, we discovered dried blood spots on a comforter and other dried fluids on the dust ruffle. We were moved to a different room and the bedding was fine, however, one of the glass shower handles was broken and the bathroom floor was dirty. The beds were comfortable but the overall experience was disappointing.

It looked like the hotel had gone through a remodel. Very modern. Even though it was almost on airport property we couldn't hear the plane traffic at all. Shuttle was on time . Breakfast was pretty bad though.

The hotel is a good deal in general,if you're flying from Detroit. They have a good deal on parking. The hotel staff were very helpful with travel questions.

Good and staff was very accommodating. Close to airport and easy to get to location.

Just a one night stay before flying to Lakeland. Very much enjoyed it.

We stayed there for the weekend. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. Cold breakfast with a microwave and a toaster. The rooms were comfortable.

We planned to leave our car at the hotel while we took a flight. Since they offered free parking and shuttle service we thought we were all set. When my husband inquired where we should park our car for six days he was told we should have set that up when booking. It would have been nice had that been said in the hotel right up.

Good night sleep and close to the airport and restaurants.

The hotel was very conveniently close to the airport, the room was clean comfortable with updated furnishings, super comfortable king sized bed and baskets of apples/bananas in the lobby even at midnight. Breakfast buffet had yogurt, microwavable jimmy dean sausage sandwiches, plus the usual continental items.Staff was friendly and recommended places to dine late at night.

Stayed here w my boyfriend and we both enjoyed the stay. He especially loved the bed, while I really liked how polite the staff were

The planes took off and landed from 6:30 AM until 10:30 PM. The room was excellent. Most of the staff was good, but one front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed. We had to call several times to get a shuttle from the terminal.

clean but bad odor

nice hotel..but noisy

Nice hotel but noisy. You can't fault hotel what kind of people check in but none the less. Loud people at 1, 2, 3 in morning. Really. Music very loud. Not much rest but otherwise nice hotel. I think next trip I will find hotel away from airport

It looked like the hotel had gone through a remodel. Very modern. Even though it was almost on airport property we couldn't hear the plane traffic at all. Shuttle was on time . Breakfast was pretty bad though.
