Looks like the hotel does the bare minimum. Carpet was gross, bed was squeaky. Did not feel comfortable.

The first night I stayed, there was no parking. I had to park at the Wendy’s right next to it. The bed in my room was absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept on. It was one that adjusts, but one side was stuck super firm & the other very soft. Then, when I went to checkout, my receipt was totally messed up. I tried to point it out to no avail. I just gave up & wanted to get out of there.

We booked this room because they offer free parking and shuttle to the airport. We got there and was informed it was an additional $10 a day for parking. When I asked about the “free parking” I was told it’s free each day to stay here. Also was confused by the option of paying the same price to park and stay on their property or park somewhere else and still pay them...odd. Room is very very dated. Bed basically sits on the floor and mattress was dirty.

It wasn't much, but the bed was comfortable and the airport shuttle was convenient. I would definitely stay again if I was laid over on Detroit or wanted to be close by for an early flight.

Check-in was easy. Room was fine, breakfast was good. Shuttle was on time.

did not stay, .... the staff said there were no rooms available so went to Days' Inn on Middlebelt for the night.

It was an ok place to stay for 2 days. There's a free shuttle to the airport. Some of the outlets in my room didn't work

The room was clean enough but the beds were horrible. Water pressure was awful.

Hotel was very dirty, hair was left there from previous guest , fan from bathroom was falling out and bathroom wouldn't flush. Staff was called and were very rude she offered a plunger so we can fix the toilet ourselves..

Only thing is the bed was not comfortable , good for hours layover or one night stay .

Older hotel. Rooms smelled of chemicals and smoke. Not horrible considering you get what you pay for

The only thing I didn't like about my room is that the room I had was handicap assessable the water was cold, room was cold and every time I reported it to the staff and they sent the guy to fix it he did nothing but told me as far as the heat to turn it up and the shower he would fix it when I checked out.

Great Staff...Convenient to Airport Wendys next door Great Pizza Place nearby delivery

The pillows weren't the most comfortable, but otherwise it was great for the price. It has typical hotel amenities and was very clean.

It was close to where we rented our car, and it was like 2 minutes away from the airport. Would recommend it definetely.

it was a great get away from the normal routine life.i enjoy my stay at this motel.

If you need for a quick night's stay, this is the place. Very close to DTW airport. Condition not too good though.

The hotel stay was great I would visit again The staff was excellent.

I frequent this hotel because I often work in the area and need a place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and have plenty of space/amenities. The only two issue I have are 1.) The mattresses are hard as a rock. Seriously. And 2.). The TVs are not properly set up so you have to click through a bunch of dead channels to get to anything at all. Other than that, you really can't beat this place for the price!

Thank you for reporting the issue with your bathroom, we keep records of who cleans and inspects each room daily. We will be sure to address this with those staff members so other guests do not share the same experience.
