Older property. A little run down. The free breakfast was a cold piece of bread, muffin and a bagel. Ok for price. If you are on a budget... It is good and will do. If you have 20 more a night... Choose different hotel. Everything worked. Good hearing/air, good water pressure and temperature. Nothing majorly wrong just old and worn. Good location

They canceled my room. I never had a room canceled. Drove 4 hrs to no where to stay very disappointing

Got there and room was sold to someone even thou I had paid in advance and refund still not back on card

As I viewed my room I discovered some type of stain in my bed. Nor where the sheets clean on top of the bed.

After obtaining a reservation through Orbitz where I chose the option to pay at the hotel, the hotel proceeded to cancel my reservation the morning of my arrival without any contact to Orbitz or to me that the reservation is been canceled. They said it was canceled because of a bad credit card, but I chose the option to pay at the hotel. For some reason they chose to attempt to charge an old credit card that morning. Why wouldn’t you at least call me? Hotel was sold out, and they knew it was sold out so I arrive at 9 o’clock at night with no place to sleep. On top of that the hotel lobby was old and not very clean. I know this because I had to sit in the hotel lobby for 45 minutes trying to find another hotel. Finally the front desk staff was able to find me a room at a sister property. So nice job to that effort but my overall experience was still terrible

The tub was out dated could be redone. It was patched up

The rooms, lobby, and pool were nice. The building was run down.

The room was located on a second floor through a dim, dirty and littered outside hallway.we stayed three nights and had no housekeeping service. Similar to a 1-star motel experience.

Overall the room was pretty nice. Very spacious and accommodating. The only complaint i have is the air conditioning did not work.

I love the location of this property. I like that when it's working you have access to a stove top. I did not like that my stove top at a shortage and it didn't work properly. This is the second time for this to happen to me at this location. However, I was asked several times if I wanted to move to a different room.

Conveniently located. Friendly front desk and housekeeping department. Relatively quiet. I would definitely come back.

I would stay again!! The hotel staff did a great job.

Ok place to stay. Needs a makeover - sink faucet was loose, burn holes in carpet, refrigerator making loud noises, and fireplace didn't work.
