I have been here since November 26, 2016 and it has been a good experience for me. The staff is friendly for the most part and they have been working with me. They greet me by name and they try everything they can to make me comfortable.

They use baby size pillows. Requested additional pillows they were promised but no show. TV cable was dangling out of the wall causing snowy viewing, couldn't control the volume on TV with the remote. I had to use my wireless speakers to hear the TV. At check out I requested a receipt and just as desk clerk printed it, the manager took it and refused to give it to me or show it to me. She told me that Expedia charged me and they would email me one.

The hotel were very VERY rude. I won't be going back there.

First off the wifi didn't work then come to find out it wasn't free when tryn to hook up my game system. Room didn't even have a trash can nor have house keeping, we had to come get our own fresh towels from the front desk. Room didn't get clean nor bed was made & we stayed here for 3 days 2 nite

The location was very good and close everyplace I needed to go. There were places to eat nearby, and easy to get to the highway. The staff was very accomodating. The room we were put in at first had an odor to it. The staff moved us to another room, which was cleaner.we did not realize we had to request cookware it was not in the room. Once they brought us cookware and dishes half of them were dirty, we thought the toaster didn't work but it was the outlets by the kitchen that wasn' t working. We made the best of the citation it was only 2days.

It took the clerk 45 minutes to register me in the room, then charged my credit card twice..smh..The staff was not up to par for me..very disappointed...the room was ok..I stayed for two nights but if I didn't get a discount I will not pay full price for that room...then they had dogs which was barking and woke me up..not good...I don't know if I will return there again...That's me personally.

The comfort of the hotel was good. I got up thinking I was going to get breakfast and they only has cereal bars coffee, fruits, coco, & tea. No water NO Juice, NO cold cereal. Needless to say I was disappointed :(

The website lists exercise facilities or access as one of the amenities. This motel is in major disarray and needs a total and complete facelift. I would not returnll

First of all the air was not on when I went into the room. It was really hot out that day and I had to wait until the air decided to kick in. The batteries in the remote were dead, so I had to manually change the channel. There were also holes in the wall. Not to mention the elevator was not air conditioned and smelled really bad.

the hotel was a great location and a great price. The hotel needs to do some remodeling of the room and halls. The ceiling was peeling, the chairs were old, the mirror on the closet was cracked,the shelf in the closet fell,the bathroom was half cleaned,we had to wait for clean towels(had to bring the dirty ones down)so u don't clean towels everyday

Very nice clean rooms. Would stay there again. Maybe soon.Price was unbeatable.

When we checked in, they gave us a room that smelled of smoke (they didn't ask what our preference was upon check-in). The next rooom they gave us did not have a pull-out sofa (we had to children traveling with us). The third room we were given was not cleaned well (pine combs and cob webs behind the night stand). When we asked for linen for the sofa/sleeper, they told me that they had to check to see if any had been washed. When they confirmed they had some, they told me that I had to come to the front and get it. Basically, we were scheduled to stay three nights. We checked out the next morning.
