The hotel was not that bad, however it could use an upgrade, exterminator and new housekeeping because them housekeepers can’t clean! It’s ok if you have to stay here for a night or two if your not picky. My personal advice remodel and upgrade your rooms to match the upgrade of your lobby!!!

When I booked this hotel I was going off of the pictures the website provided. Therefore based on the pictures, it looked like a pretty decent hotel however that was not the case when I got there. The room was pretty dirty. There was a cap missing from the remote control. The items by the television stand were covered in dust. Not to mention the freezing water in the pool. When I arrived into the room their was some kind of discoloration to the toilet water, it honestly looked like urine. Over all horrible hotel.

I read some reviews on Google that were awful so I was nervous. However, after getting there it was not that bad always smelled like bleach which was a little weird but staff was really nice except for the late night crew and the Room was pretty clean. Considering I got 55 percent off of the room because I bundled. It wasn't bad at all. Did not eat breakfast though.

Bed was great (queen), TV channels are limited, storage space is good, decent bathroom but toilet paper roll was in a very awkward place up against the toilet bowl, room was clean, fridge & microwave both worked. Some wear & tear throughout the place, good breakfast area, great staff - very personable.

Waited 10 minutes to check in while 2 staff members counted money and talked with other off the clock employees. They never even acknowledged we were there for first 5. Couldn't find remote in room finally found it under the bed with ice bucket lid crumpled cup and empty pop bottle. Gum on hangers in closet area. When going out to vending in hallway people walking in hallway smoking. Pretty sure it was a prostitute going into a room 3 doors down. At 2:30 am you hear yelling some lady complaining about her ride not being here Using every expletive she could. Would not recommend or ever stay again

Outside appearance poor. Unfriendly ckeckin. Dirty hallways. Dirty rooom. They would not give extra towels, toilet paper or Kleenex. There were small flying bugs in the room. I will not stay here again.

The entrance area to the stairs where our rooms were smelled of marijuana the second we opened the door, one of the rooms had blood stains on the sheets, there was a gob of hair in one of the bathtubs, the other tub had strands of hair in it, and the worst part of it all we were on the second floor right across from the entrance to the stairs and it wreaked of marijuana all night long, it was like as if someone was blowing the smoke right at us, it was so strong that my children and I were physically sick and so was my cousin who was in the room just to the west of us!!! We will NEVER stay at your hotel again nor recommend your hotel to anyone EVER!!!

I liked the fact they had a pool and the stafg were polite ..plus the rooms wasnt bad

Horrible, Did no enjoy to many kids and teenager playing

I will not be staying here again. It was one of the least expensive hotels in the area & u found out why.

Hotel front desk manger sucked my room sucked the tv didnt work the room smelled no phone to call front desk no face rags no ice bucket little kids playing knock knock zoom zoom pool full of kids jumping around I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I will never stay here again. The room was cold and not all that clean. The hallways were filthy and there were not enough towels and wash clothes even though they knew how many people would be in the room at the check in time. I had to wait to check out and the office staff has me write down my email address in oder for me to get a receipt that I still have not received yet. Just a awful hotel. Never again to have the graces of my company.

Bed and room comfortable... Nice area..polite staff.

view of pool from the room, problem was you could HEAR the pool from the room too!!. Sounds echoed thru the air conditioner unit, so restful sleep was not an option. Also the room had a humid feel to it & obviously smelled of chlorine. Highly recommend street side of hotel if possible. Access to highway made traveling quick.

I stayed at several places in Southfield and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable. The staff was friendly, the rooms and hallways were clean. Once in the room everything was clean and in working order and the beds were the most comfortable id slept in in days. I got really good sleep even though I had people stay in rooms all around me it was quite. In the morning I went down for there breakfest which was hot. Eggs, Sausage, Walfels, and of course and the normal stuff you'd expect from a hotel. Lovely place highly recommended.

Did not meet expectations. First room we went into, bathroom floor was dirty. Second room was a little better. The heater/air conditioner was filthy, so we left it off. Coffee table was dusty. Sheets looked clean. Bathroom was clean. The elevator in the hotel had dead bugs in the overhead space. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was in poor shape not very good quality and highly chlorine smelling. Not many clean towels in the pool area. Bath room in the pool area was out of service.

The Hotel seemed to be undergoing some renovation during time of our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not bad. What I liked the most was the location as there were easy access to the major freeways. I won't mind staying there again.

We stayed at baymont to have some mini vacation break from home..

The Hotel was a little dated and the bathroom tub didn't drain well. If you are just traveling for business this will do. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. Flying bugs, huge spiders, and filthy furnishings. Never again will I seek lodging there. Just all around no... The only positive was that I felt safe after I got in the room.
