This large cottage-style home with a Cabana house located behind it, is walking distance to the sugar white sands of Destin, making it the ideal getaway for families. The well-planned and functional layout of this home features a total of 6 bedrooms and 5-½ bathrooms, a beautiful private pool that can be heated (for an additional fee)! Every amenity you could ask for is available at this incredible home.
Imagine enjoying ocean views from the balconies in the morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the gulf of Mexico. As you make your way inside, you will enjoy preparing a scrumptious breakfast for the family in the chef’s kitchen including an extra-large refrigerator. You will have access to the Keurig coffee maker, as well as a regular drip coffee maker, a toaster, blender, crock pot and any appliance you could possibly need to prepare a delicious meal. There is also an adorable breakfast nook seating area for gathering together for meals.
After breakfast, you will want to make your way outside to lounge by the private heated pool while your food settles. You will enjoy the privacy with the new brick pavers surrounding the pool area while you enjoy reading a novel or magazine and relax in the sun. You can then make the short walk to the beach just a half a block away.
After a morning at the beach, you may want to enjoy a relaxing afternoon nap in one of the many comfortable bedrooms:
*The first bedroom on the 1st floor of the main house features a queen bed and a flat screen TV with DVD player.
*The 2nd bedroom on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom featuring a king bed, wood floors & custom wainscoting, and 2 french doors opening to huge balcony with ocean views! Additionally, there are 2 twin sleeper chairs, and a flat-screen HDTV.
*The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed, a luxurious front balcony. You really can't beat this location and the views!
*The 4th bedroom is on the second floor and is a great room for children - this room has a full-over-full bunk bed (that’s 2 full-size beds) and an attached Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.
*Third Floor Bedroom #5 features 3 queen beds and 2 sofas (not sleeper) to enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV.
