This hotel should be shut down by the health department! The rooms were awful, stains on the carpet, they smelled disgusting, and the hallways were errie. I asked to see the room first before I checked in and I am glad that I did because I chose not to stay there. The manager Ling-Ling, I think her name is, said she would not charge my credit card which she did anyway. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and my attorney is currently pursuing her for criminal charges for fraud. Don't let the same thing happen to you, stay far away from here!

Reasonable for the money. Good access to the highway.

it was a decent hotel. needed a decent cheap place while traveling and it did its job

Coffee maker didn't work, carpet was not clean, snack machine was almost empty and wasn't refilled till we were leaving, WiFi worked IF you were right next to the door. The breakfast was good and the staff was very good.

It was a good experience! Everything was the way the staff planned, rooms were ready in advance! We enjoyed it. Thanks

I was originally in a room that smelled like smoke and gave me an even worse migraine. They immediately moved me and I felt so much better! This place has seen better days but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was as helpful as they could be. Thought it was weird that they didn't know about the sculpture park next door to the library though.

The staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice!! You can make your own waffles. Hot boiled eggs, fruit are also available. Stayed 2 nights. Would like to visit again.

Very basic and perfect for one night. May not be family friendly as there is a strip club close by.

Gross. Stains on walls, holes in bedding, mold around toilet, toilet didn't flush - had to ask front desk from plunger and fix myself. cracked tiles in the bathroom. very loud, feral cats living on roof, adult entertainment next door....yuck.

The carpet was dirty. The TV was old and did not work. The staff was not friendly when we checked in...staff more friendly when we checked out. The AC fan did not work. The freezer part of frig was almost completely frozen over. Noisy in the hall and outside much of the night. Probably will not stay at another Travelodge again ever. Your nickname requirement for review is as frustrating as staying at that motel.

I am staying at the travelogue until I close on my house. The hotel was resonably priced for extended stay. Room included a microwave and refrigerator.

Nice for the night. Clean room, friendly staff. The only things I didn't care for was the pillows were hard and the air conditioner was making a kind of loud funny noise. We will stay there again.

The room very clean, staff friendly, quiet room, breakfast fantastic! Donuts, bagels, toast, cold cereal, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffees, and teas. Will recommend to friends, will decently stay there again.

I went to the door and the welcome mat with chain name across it was worn and faded. The receptionist was at a desk with 3 of 6 lights out. I had asked for a room with handicap access and they must not use that room often. The TV was unplugged, the rug worn at a seam through the knap, it had two queen sized beds, but was probably built for one making the room feel crowded. One of the outlets in the room had a cheep three from one outlet attachment and it was full, and another outlet in the room was loose from the wall. The bathroom had two holding bars near the toilet but none near the shower / bath tub. The decorative laminate on the furniture was loose in several places. In the breakfast area one of the light globes overhead was broken leaving a bare bulb and another outlet was loose from the wall. The vending machine in the hall was out of order, and the computer in the reception area was out of order and had no printer to print out my return airline ticket anyway. The walls and floor were clean, but dingy and looked old. The complementary breakfast was OK and the employees were friendly. I was in town for a funeral and didn't stay much between the three nights anyway. For the price, it was OK, but when I come back I will look elsewhere for a better environment.

Well when i looked at the hotel it said it was only like 30 miles away from boone which isn't right and it said it was only like 10 or 11 from the zoo which wasn't right either. Someone got sick down our hallway and another Hallway and they did a poor job cleaning it up, i could still see it outside our door. The beds were not the best comfort, and what is it with the tv remote shuting off the air? Overall i would probably stay there again it wasn't horrible and the breakfast was awesome loved the selection!!!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Liked having a small fridge and microwave, and nicely priced.

Room was way above our expectations, We couldn't believe how nice & clean and quite, our stay was. Food at breakfast was great, No buffet but great value for the price. I told the clerk at check-out if I knew the dates for the Good-Guys car show next year I would like to book that same room again.

Will never stay there ever again the room had ants the room didn't even have flat screen TV light fixture was broken ice machine leaked staff wasn't any help except for one person who was nice enough to find us a crib witch the first person we talked to said they didn't have if not for her we would have had a kid not sleep at all

Hotel is remodeling. A very convenient location. Laundry was excellent and convenient. Free breakfast was very good. Helpful staff.

We had trouble connecting to the internet; the remore did not work on the TV. Our room was ready and comfortable for us. The staff was prompt in resoving our issues, and followed up with us to assure resolution. The breakfast was great!
