NASTY!!!! Checked in late at night and should have left then, but we were so tired from traveling. Opened my suitcase onThanksgiving morning and found COCKROACHES crawling inside and I’m Sure they didn’t travel with us! Worst stay we’ve experienced on Orbitz & highly disappointed at this offering
Reservation problems, I had to pay again even though I paid online and had all my confirmation information which indicated I had paid already. Rooms smell bad, the pull out couch looked like it came out of a dumpster, the bathroom was dirty, the door frame was hanging, and of the three lamps, only one had a light bulb. I wish I could attach the pictures.
check in staff extremely friendly, overnight staff tried to sell me girl scout cookies after midnight (shady), checkout staff extremely rude, would not stay there again
The hotel was not terrible - the room was clean and the water was hot, but the location and upkeep outside left much to be desired. Would not stay there again, but if you are looking for a bargain, there are worse places.
There was an unpleasant odor when I walked in the lobby, hard to describe. Thankfully my room smelled clean. Lots of stains on hallway carpets. I had to walk by smoking rooms to get to my non-smoking room. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was friendly. Furniture was clean and adequate, but could use some updating.
we didn't check in until almost 5:30 pm & the first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned; the 2nd room was just a glorified closet & had no towels. The whole place looked, smelled & felt dirty - we'll never stay here again.
Breakfast was bad,food was old..The maid kept hounding me in the morning if i was going to leave and when i was going to leave..Room was nice for full smoking room wasent dirty.fire alarm in room kept going off for one smoke..unhooked it and was happy..Stay in your room and use the back door and you will be fine pop machine sucked and staff was rude except guy behind desk,but he didnt say much.Only disapointed when i left the room to go to lobby area.thank god for back door
When we went to check in the entire lobby area reeked of cigarette smoke and something else, maybe fuel. The hotel is right off the interstate which made it easy to find but was very loud from the highway noise. The rooms are not great. Hallway reeked of the same smell the lobby did so we were glad we had an exterior door to use. It didn't help that we were woken up about 2AM by a neighboring room having a party. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
it felt like a shanty motel.
The location was great, super easy to get too. The price was good. The room was smelly and dirty, the dresser was falling apart. There was a film on the table. The bathroom was the worst some kind of film on counter and toliet seat, lowest shower head i have ever seen. I have stayed at a Rodeway Inn before and wasnt happy, thought I would give a different one a try but was disapointed again.

Ms. Amy, I would like to take the time and apologize for the inconvenience that you faced during your stay. If you did find cockroaches the next day, you should have contacted the office immediately, or during checkout mentioned it. We have our regular pest control experts come through every month, and we have never had problems with bugs. Which is why in an incident like this I would like to suggest that you notify the front desk as soon as you notice any inconvenience so that we can get it resolved in the best possible way, thank you.
