Enjoy the massive rooftop perfect for entertaining with outdoor games, grill, etc. KEY FEATURES 3 luxurious bedrooms; 1 king room, 2 queens room, 1 king room-- 3 bathrooms; 1 including a double vanity and large shower, full bathroom, and 1/2 bath. Massive rooftop including weber grill, seating, games. Full kitchen with gas stove, stainless steel appliances, espresso coffee machine, keurig machine. Full living room with electric fireplace, smart tv. In unit washer/ dryer. Top floor entertaining lounge area with smart tv, board games. Family Friendly; 4 moms pack-n- play, toys, plates/silverware, highchair, baby gates. Close to the airport, walking/biking trails, Icubs stadium. Free indoor garage parking plus drive and free street parking Here are a few kinds words from our past guests: "Savannah's place was the perfect, quiet, and spacious place that we desired for our stay in Des Moines. We had 4 kids and 2 adults and we had plenty of space. It was super clean (important for family members with dust allergies), spacious, and provided a great separated space where we could work when needed. We used the upstairs level for remote work. We didn't get to use the upper deck because it was too cold out, but we took a peek and it has great views and lots of space. Looks fun for warmer days! Best of all was the garage that led right to the kitchen. There's a great unloading spot for shoes, coats, and bags right inside the door, and we were able to help our mother who uses a wheelchair 90% of the time into the house without taking too many stairs by using the garage. We used the kitchen a lot to prepare meals, and it had everything we needed. We'll definitely book this place on our next visit to Des Moines!" Lehue

Girls stay-cation
Beautifully, newly renovated home. The home is quaint and spacious with great appeal. It was more than enough space for our girls stay-cation. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities to stay in and cook. We all enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend.
