The location is strategic: only 750 metres from the centre of Dervio, 1200 metres from the beach and with numerous services nearby. You can easily reach a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The railway station is only 1 km away, while the ski facilities of Piani di Bobbio are easily accessible.
