I didn't know what to expect when I initially booked this hotel, but was surprised at how how centrally located it was. The mall was in walking distance and I had my choice of great watering holes and a couple of Denver's best eating within blocks.

If you Read other reviews they harp on the underground parking. If you have an SUV talk to the front desk because the underground parking is comically tight. The staff quickly worked to find us other parking and all was perfect. The Room was nice and the balcony was well worth it. Remember if you're going for amenities this hotel may be a little on the shy side but if your looking for a fun little place with good food and incredible staff this is a must checkout.

We got an online 25% discount in booking this location and did not realize until we arrived that we were right in the middle of a very upscale urban area with many restaurants and boutiques within steps of where we stayed. The staff were beyond accommodating, even upgrading our room without us asking when we simply inquired about the one queen bed in the room. There were free newspapers in the lobby and Starbuck's coffee at no charge personally served by staff. Loved the custom made French toast for breakfast and our attentive waiter! When front desk staff called a taxi company for us a car appeared within 5 minutes at the price that was indicated when we requested it. A great overall experience.

In Denver to spend time with my son. The staff was always friendly and helpful with recommendations. My room was comfortable and near the ice machine. Not much available snack wise once the restaurant closes. The underground parkade can be a nightmare.

Love this hotel. Feel like staff more personal in small hotel. Upgraded my room and this first time ever found room bathroom needed good cleaning and carpet sticky on feet. Still love the location and greet vibe. Webber room service delicious

Staff was super friendly and accommodating , super quite , clean with an exception of the water pressure in shower (def needs to be updated ) will def recommend it .

Room was comfortable but could have used mini-fridge and microwave. Underground parking was very convenient but would be tough with full-size car.

Having clients in Inverness as well as downtown this location was perfect. Local restaurants easy walk. The owner personally is on-site and he cares! Staff was excellent. You won't be dissappointed!

Check in person was being trained and was clueless so it took forever. Rooms are extremely small. Great location.

Cozy Cherry Creek hotel. Parking is tight. Location is good.

Had a good stay overall. The hotel is pretty straightforward which was fine for my purposes. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Positives: Excellent location in a great neighborhood, close to major roads and sights in Denver. Great staff. Negative points: The hotel parking garage is extremely cramped. It was nerve wracking driving through the garage without hitting a pillar, wall or another car. I stopped using it after my first night. There i a construction site next door if you are up early (630-7). I was able to sleep through the work usually but you should be aware of it. The hotel has an outdoor beer garden which sometimes hosts parties which can be noisy on the weekends.

We usually stay at another hotel in Cherry Creek . On our most recent visit, we met some locals who suggested we try this Boutique Inn, so we moved over mid-stay. Although small, our room had every amenity we needed, as well as a very comfortable bed, for half the price of the Hotel we left! As an Inn guest we also had complimentary access to a great fitness gym next door. Our only negative experience was finding our room was not ready upon checking in, even though we were given our keys and sent up!? However, the staff apologized profusely and upgraded us to compensate. Well done! As we mostly spend our days with Family in Denver, this was a great find and we will return.

The hotel is clean and is in a wonderful location. The room was very small, the bed was terrible, it took one hour to get a box of tissues and that was with a second call. We placed a wake up call for 3:30 am as we had a 6:20 plane. We reminded the desk 3 times the day before and before we went to sleep. Luckily, I woke up at 3:35 as there was no wake up call. I called to tell them and they said "oops, sorry!"

Tiny room, tiny parking deck, tiny sink in the bathroom. It is exactly as described - boutique. If you are a big person or have a big vehicle, you will be challenged. The location is the key. If you like shopping and local hangouts, it is just the right spot. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant is reasonable and very high quality. It is convenient to downtown, perfect for the sub-business district of Cherry Creek.

hotel was great. some of the help lack knowledge of how to deal with clientele. however overall stay was great.

Though the room we had was very small, the service, location and overall ambience is very nice. Almost like a B & B rather than a hotel. Nothing fancy, but for the price, very satisfactory.

My family came to Denver to attend a funeral. Your location was central to many family gatherings, which was appreiciated.

The front desk personnel were incredibly good. All 5 - they kept changing, but delivering service - helped me, with 1 who went well beyond the call. He had gotten me a 7:20 taxi order overnight. At 7:30, no taxi. He and his replacement checked 2 other taxi companies and a nearby hotel (for its taxi line). At 7:50, no taxi. The guy going off shift came back from driving home and took me 2 miles in the opposite direction to my appointment in very snowy, icy conditions. I offered to buy his lunch or pay to have his car cleaned due to my messy shoes, but no money would be accepted. Good food at the Weber restaurant as well, with more great people.

I really enjoyed my stay! The bed was very comfy!!! The staff upgraded my room to one with a bath tub without any hastle. The only thing I did not like was being able to hear the next door shower at 4am... The workout room could use some new equipment.

Great location. Close to upscale shopping and plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance. Friendly staff. Nice little restaurant for breakfast. Nice wine selection for dinner. Convenient and inexpensive parking under hotel. Workout room left much to be desired. Would stay here again.
