Rooms needed to be cleaner. There was a level of grime not necessary

The hotel looked decent on the outside. The hotel staff was polite. The disappointing part is that the room could have been cleaner. It seems that the only cleaning that was done, sheets changed and little cleaning in the bathroom. The carpet felt like it needed shampooed-badly. I did clean the toilet seat myself, just because. I got to my room very late and there was no remote. After the first day, of a 2 night stay our cards no longer worked. Lastly, the breakfast was the bare minimum.

The hotel was in a convenient location for the places I wanted to go to in Denver. Staff is friendly and breakfast was good.

We love the shower, we both got to take long hot showers and didn't have to hurry to get out because the water was turning cold, nope didn't have that problem at all. The bed was comfortable and room very spacious. Thank you! We differently will return and tell friends.

Nice room with good A/C. Carpet need atention. Hot water. Plenty of parking and near a mall with a lot of stores and fast food

Being in Denver for 5 nights I was in a situation to be aware of my expenses for lodging. I chose this hotel because it said on the website that it had been newly renovated...well that was a lie. The room was very very old. The appliances (fridge) did not work....I had to ask them to change it...the bed mattress was totally out of shape and the bed cover was stained all over, so was the carpet... It was a horrible stay and I had to stay in this filth because my reservation was prepaid or I would have immediately turned around...very very regretable experience....

Stayed here for a work event. Enjoyed it wish you had more control of the thermostat as it wouldn't cool below 67, but not to bad. Wish it had better pillows but the bed was ok. For the price it wasn't to bad.

Arrival at this motel was reminiscent of being on scene during the filming of the Fox series Cops. The check in process provided an eagles eye view of the action going down as the hotel has an abundance of cameras, no corner is left unseen. They could probably use the footage from this hotel alone to start their own TV series. Walking to my room was a rather uncomfortable expierence. Hotel guest littered the the walkways while others had their head out the windows in an attempt to witness the comotion. The window in my room was directly in front of the smokers hut. Therefore, all the details of the nights events were easily heard without even getting up from my bed. There was also a nice smell of cigarette smoke that entered the room anytime the air conditioner kicked on. The location of my room was horrible! I was located in a corner room. On one side of my room was the door for the smokers area, which slams every time someone comes thru it. It is similar to the sound of car collision. At this entrance there is also a stairwell along the side of my room so in addition to the car crash you get there hear a stampede! To make things better, there is even a small laundromat in the same area, which is very noisy as well. I spent the first three hours in my room cleaning. There were sticky spots on all the surfaces. The floors were littered with trash. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were disgusting. Departure from the hotel was greeted by more police officers on scene.

The woman that checked me is was very nice! I knew the hotel was older but I expected more from a hotel with 3/5 stars. I consider 5 star a high quality Marriott or Hilton. This was no where near 3/5 stars. In the room: The toilet didn't flush, there were cobwebs with spiders in every corner, the mini fridge door would not stay shut, there was a water leak above us and the wall in the bathroom was bowed and the ceiling tiles were very soggy and sagging, the bed cover was super dirty, and the carpet had holes in it. Overall cleanliness was poor. Check out was at noon and housekeeping seemed annoyed that we were still in our room at 8:30!!!! They asked us when we anticiaped we would be leaving - I politely reminded her that check out was at noon and she muttered "whatever" as she walked away with her cleaning cart.

Place looked good overall at first than at night my wife found out that maybe the bottom sheets were not replaced with clean ones because she found stains on the sheet than next day in the morning when I woke up I could smell like a hamburger smell on the small night stand next to the bed like if the people that used it before us put hamburgers on it and the maids did not clean it or not enough than next day my wife found a bed bug or a red bug and killed it and I took it and showed it to the manager than he said he would see about it than it also smelled like dirty carpets at night we were not able to sleep well account of that

good place to stay with everything you need close by

Location & cleanness is not good. Looks like something going on in the hotel use by other people. Did not feel safe with children.

I've been to quote a few hotels in the Denver area, and this is one of the best for its price that I've stayed at.

This hotel was in a good location when we flew into DIA late at night. The room was spacious, mattress good, bedding nice. However, the entire motel was a little dingy, not terribly clean. lights didn't work when we walked into the room. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about, especially when just returning form all those sumptuous European breakfasts, but OK and an inexpensive place to spend a short night.

Hotel is trash charge you hidden fees. My bank is in a dispute with them now. Horrible horrible place stay away

the hotel met my expectations. the bed was comfortable and the rooms are fairly large. the staff was very nice. good for a one star hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to food and shops. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

Came to Denver for a spring vacation and enjoyed every moment. I stayed first night in Colby Kansas in the super 8 then 2 nights in Denver. Staff is very respectful and courteous. I will stay again when I come back...which I hope is soon. Thanks

it is okay. nothing special. not too bad, not too good.
