Newly remodeled historic home includes an open concept layout, fully equipped Modern Kitchen, large dining area, private back patio, comfy front patio, bar area, Wi-Fi, W+D, and AC! Front Patio: As you're pulling up the home, you'll immediately be in awe of the beauty and thoughtfulness of the home. After opening the front gate, one will notice the quaint front patio area, that seats up to four individuals. Interior Space: Downstairs, guests will find a small foyer with a wardrobe that includes spare sheets, blankets and pillows. To the left of the foyer, we have placed a living space with ample seating and an entertainment system. To the left of the kitchen, guests will also find a dining and corner bar area. The corner bar area includes a wine refrigerator, perfect for those who need to store drinks, chill wine and beer. Off to the right, there is small room with a fold out twin futon (single) and additional entertainment system with an Xbox 360 for all the kids at heart. Underneath the futon, guests can find additional sheets and pillow cases. In the same area, guests will find the first full bathroom, which includes a shower. The kitchen can be found near the back of the home on the first floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and tool a guest would need to create a masterpiece of a meal. Upstairs, guests can find the two formal bedrooms, which both include queen beds. The first room to your left is very bright and full of energy. The second bedroom on the right was decorated with the inspiration of New Mexico in mind. On the same floor, guests will find another full bathroom, which also features a bath tub/shower. The washer and dryer are located in the upstairs bathroom. Guests are welcomed to utilize the washer and dryer for free while staying with us! Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided in the white drawers beneath the washer/dryer. Back Patio: The back patio can be accessed through the door in the kitchen and has a BBQ grill for our guests to utilize during their stay. Note the grill is not the exact unit pictured but is a new model two burner. In addition, there is seating for four, as well as an umbrella for extra shade on sunny days. Guest access: Guests will have access to the front patio, entire home and back patio. Parking: On-street parking is provided on Osage Street. Pet Policy Dogs are allowed with a $15 pet fee per day (per dog). You must mention all dogs upon booking. Any reservations which include dogs that are not mentioned/requested will be subject to a $30 fee per day of the reservation per dog. Well trained fish stay for free! Parties and Events are allowed BY REQUEST ONLY. For property and your safety, security cameras are installed to monitor the outside of our home. Note: New construction of a home on the adjacent lot to the south will be completed in December 2019.
