Arrived in Denver very kate and called the hotel to have the shuttle come pick us up. We were told our room was no longer available because the hotel overbooked by 50 rooms! UNBELIEVABLE. I would not recommend this hotel. Awful, awful, awful!

After an exhausting flight the room and service were perfect

Hotel was being remodeled. Staff helpful. Shuttle great

Overnight stay before departing from Denver airport. Very friendly staff. Clean. Economical. Good value.

I booked the hotel under the assumptions that I would be able to leave my car parked at the hotel while traveling out of town for a long weekend. After checking in, I enquired about scheduling a shuttle to the airport and the clerk informed me that since I booked through Orbitz that I did not get free parking and that I could add it on for an additional $8/day.

It's quite dirty. Everything is. The floors, countertops and most flat surfaces.

Driver "Patty" was very accommodating and caring. I was there for one night. Airport shuttle was the reason I picked this hotel and it was a great experience overall.

Nothing special about room. The mini frig needs to be replaced and the tub area small.

Rooms are dated but clean. Linens, bathroom clean. New tv and micro.

Missed our flight and I needed a hotel for one night...... Great shuttle bus service, on time!!

Very friendly staff and very confirrable room. Being close to the airport they provide shuttle to and from the terminals

Awesome! Would recommended to everyone. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast!

Room was clean, staff friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised at the location and condition for the price.

My mother and I booked a room for an entire week. This is a proclaimed non-smoking hotel. Throughout the first 5 days, our room was flooded with the pungent smell of pot, which came from the adjoining door to the room next door. From the very first night, we complained to the front desk of this, and they said they would handle it. Nothing happened. Every morning and all day, the hallways smelled of pot. Other guests complained of it too. Finally, on night #5, the smell of pot was so nauseating, strong, and headache-causing in our room, that after 4 hours of trying to get the management to handle the issue, we had to threaten to confront our hotel neighbors before management actually did anything. The management simply said that the room next door smelled of a strong gross perfume....hmmm...which is obviously their way of trying to cover up the fact that they were smoking. So the only options that management gave us was giving us a ozone air purifier in our room and moving us one room over. Basically, the management treated us like we were the problem, as they didn't move the lying coughing pot-smoking neighbors or evict them from the hotel. We would have left the hotel after the first night, but I had prepaid on Orbitz for the whole week.

The first room we were in was fairly quiet except for some minor noise from the people staying on the floor above us but they quieted down by 10 pm. We were moved to another room because of issues with the toilet in our first room. Luckily we were only in the second room for one night because it was right next to the elevator and the ice machine. I was awoken frequently by one or the other.

The staff was very pleasant and professional the check in process was fast.

Free wifi/internet never worked and the staff would not do anything about it.

What a horrible hotel. We had already prepaid and booked. But check in took soooo long. Had to fill out various forms, and were made to feel like criminals. When we got to our room, it smelled disgusting. We tried to call front desk, but the phone was disconnected. The free breakfast was truly horrid. Imagine pouring coffee from a carafe and finding it stone cold! Then, taking a bite of scrabbled eggs and sausage and finding the same! My husband and I threw it all in the garbage and got the heck out of that hotel.

Bathroom amenities were a little dated and ceiling was molding. Key to room would occasionally lock us out. Free breakfast in the morning is hard to beat though, so that's a plus! For the price for once night stay, its pretty steep for a place with mediocre rooms.

Only hotel we could get. For some odd reason every hotel in Denver was booked. I felt it was way over priced for the location and hotel condition. Most places say that breakfast ends at 9 am and refill the food at 8:45 ish then leave it out until the guests leave the room. This place doesn't do that. We arrived at 8:40 food was cold and almost gone. At 9 they removed all the food, my son was waiting for another guest to finish making their waffle so he could make one and they just pulled the food. While I was finishing my coffee a staff member comes in with a large coffee cup and fills it while the guests get small styrofoam cups.
