I liked that they were nice to me on behalf of my situation with my car breaking down.

They should be giving a discount on the rates since their not including the free breakfast and The lobby Who is having reconstruction work but other than that was a pleasant place to stay

We have been staying at the Red Lion for years. I will say it is improving on cleanliness and looks. However they have been doing construction on this hotel for what seems like the last two years we have started staying at it. Our last stay we had to be up at 3am to get to the airport. Well at midnight and 1am, you could still hear them banging around with tools, dropping stuff of the floor. So loud. The non smoking ground rooms smell like smoke as well. I don’t know if it’s coming through the vents from construction workers or what, but not impressed either.

My review has to do primarily with the customer service of this hotel. My wife was traveling back to Colorado and had a late flight getting in to Denver. We looked for a reasonably priced hotel that had free shuttle service (shuttle service being a key factor) and selected the Red Lion based on those criteria. When my wife got in around 10:30pm she called the hotel to arrange a shuttle, and they told her one would be there at 11:15pm. She waited an hour in 20 degree weather (there was no inside waiting area where the shuttle was supposed to pick-up) and the shuttle never came so she got a shared Lyft to the hotel for $50 (not shared would have been close to $80). When I asked if the hotel would reimburse for the cost of the Lyft they refused (I did this via the Orbitz help who spoke with the hotel). Orbitz was great in this process, but we will certainly never stay at the Red Lion Inn and Suites nor would we suggest that others stay there either based on their customer service.

The shuttle took 2 hours to come and get us! Every time I called he would say he was 20 min away and then hang up before I could ask for more information. The hotel was under construction and the room was not in good condition. Front desk staff were friendly.

Friendly staff/ easy check in room was clean there’s nothing else for me to say except I’ve stayed here several times and been satisfied each time I will stay there again

Reserved the room on Orbitz for a King Suite w jetted tub, a fun surprise for my wife. Upon check in was told "no jetted tub suites are available because they are all under construction." What?! Then why was it possible to reserve on? Disappointing. Had a lot of noise at night. My wife got a crappy night of sleep. Won't stay here again.

They are remodeling the property. Kind wish they put us in non remodeling area. There are also rats out back, a lot of them

Price was ok for a airport motel. But shuttle service was very stressful, because shuttle was not ready to depart on time as scheduled.

Friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. The value was very good Breakfast served at 6am

Sorry for the inconvenience. We will look into this situation to why Orbitz was able to book this on line this is why the front desk agent called to see if you still wanted a new reservation because she notice this mistake. Thanks for letting us know.
