Ramada Denver International Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

They lost our reservation, which was annoying st first but they got it cleared up and even let us check in a few hours earlier with no extra charge. The room was okay, nothing standing out to make it exceptional but it was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of room for luggage. The only thing I can really complain about was the parking. Limited spots in the lot so as guests we would have to park on the road.

Arriving early evening at the airport, the shuttle pick up was prompt and the driver friendly. An all service diner is located next door and the breakfast buffet in the lobby was sufficient.

It was a good experience overall, the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Next time I rather sleep in my truck. The person in charge of the breakfast is terrible and has a bad attitude and is very rude. I could hear everything inside the roo and could not sleep well.

I've stayed at several different hotels on Tower Road when flying in and out of Denver. For the price, I think the Ramada is the the best I've been at so far.

They provided parking for our car at $5.00 a day. The shuttle we needed was at 5:20 in morning. It was right on time and we had a successful trip. We enjoyed our roomy and clean stay!

Just a little noise from the road but served the purpose of getting past tunnel and ready for morning flight

Great hotel with a very friendly front desk staff. Diner across the street was extremely convenient to have a late night dinner.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by very professional staff, who made me feel very welcome! I was very pleased with the cleanliness and simple elegance of this unique yet modern room! I enjoyed myself so much I brought back guests for a 2nd night the same week!

We stayed in room 102. There was an outdoor light that was malfunctioning outside our window. It turned on and off all night long. Once it was dark outside you could really tell in our room not matter what we tried to do to the curtains or drapes. We have stayed here many times before but will never stay on the first floor again. Great access to DIA and it is nice to have a shuttle service.

The breakfast service was excellent, but the personal of the reseption was not so friendly.

This hotel is a very good value for the money. Nearby diner is convenient and has very good food.

Good staff, accessible to DIA, great bed, restaurant/bar across the parking lot.

it was a nice hotel and was close enough to the city of denver and also really close to the airport which was nice when we landed so late at night. everyone was helpful. free breakfast the bathrooms were so aesthetically pleasing

Toilet was not flushing. Got moved to another room, which had handles that did not move in the bathroom. Seems like this hotel is a bit beat-up.

When arriving room ready and service was very kind .

THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING, QUIET,CLEAN, THE BREAKFAST WAS A NICE ADDED TOUCH. I WOULD RECOMMEND AN HOTTUB UPGRADE THATS WAS THE ONLY NEGATIVE. THE JETS WEREN'T POWERFUL ENOUGH OR HOT ENOUGH.

Girl at the front desk was great and accommodated my daughter and I

Thank you for sharing your experience. First I’d like to apologize for the inconveniences on your last stay. Even though we are obligated to only serve breakfast between 6am and 10am we provide coffee and Danishes at our kitchen area beginning at 3am. We also provide a coffee maker in the rooms in case you needed it sooner. Feel assured we addressed the outside lighting issue. In fact we replaced 8 of those fixtures, so thank you for reporting the issue.
