It was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady was very nice.

The bad: The non-smoking room smelled VERY strongly of cigeret smoke, the lady when we checked in was pretty clueless, and their breakfast was EXTREMELY stale, like you could break a window with how hard those bread products where. The good: The night staff was polite and helpful, the room was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was very sad. Pool and spa were very dated and on full display of "lobby" , front desk, and group of men (owners? ) who were always in "lobby" . The elevator was scary! Room was in sad shape. Lots of patch work and cigarette burn in bed comforter. Best aspect was some of the front desk staff who were polite and accommodating.

The room smelled like smoking area. I was charged twice for requesting a two bed, cash and in my card.

The first room assigned to us had a cigarette odor. We called the desk. They asked if we wanted them to come up and spray something in the room. We said no and asked to have a different room. The next room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was excellent. That night there were people talking outside the building . We were on the second floor and 2 people kept coming out to smoke, talked and laughed. At 11 I knocked on the window so they would know we could hear them. At 1 they were back outside. My husband opened the window and asked them to please let us sleep. It was a short night. We had breakfast and then left. I know they are in transition in the management area, Maybe some of these issues can be resolved.

Upon arrival our first room had a problem with the bed and the staff gave us an upgraded room to accommodate for the problem they were very professional and did an excellent job in helping us I recommend this facility highly.

Will plan to stay there in again in the future excellent place to stay went out of their way to accommodate us

When we checked in they gave us a key to an occupied room, upon entering it was awkward. The outside premises was dirty with cigarette butts and litter. The patrons were clearly staying in the area to party and the place was loud. I would look somewhere else for a room.

I was not happy with my stay because I had no remote control for the TV, the room smelled, the pool area was not lit at night. The good things were their breakfast, the locks worked on the doors, the staff tried to be helpful and the location was good.

The hotel has not meet our expectations absolutely! Walls, carpets in the room were very dirty and room was very smelly! Drawers were broken! Coffee machine was not working properly! Breakfast was very bad, we couldn't make our breakfast. We couldn't find even a cup of good coffee at breakfast! We don't recommend this hotel to anyone exactly! It was a very bad experience with the hotel! We wish that we could get our money back..

It was a very nice place but our room smelled like caramel popcorn

Staff was friendly, they were having trouble with the computer when we checked in but they kept positive and friendly. The hotel was clean but definitely needs some updating and small repairs. The pillows on the bed were not regular size pillows, they were throw pillow size which made it a little uncomfortable. It was fine for the 1 night we stayed there.

My family and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Tech Center in Centennial, CO. We were on vacation and found this hotel on Orbiz for a reasonable price but also on the higher end knowing this is a chain hotel and part of the Choice hotels. We figured it would be a decent hotel and one on the nicer end to help us enjoy our visit and vacation. When we arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed right away but the service that I received trying to check in. One guy came out from a room and sat down in the waiting area. He asked what I needed and when I said to check in he replied with there are no rooms so you need to come back at two. This was fine as I knew we were early for check in (we were there at 1:15) but what bothered me is he wasn't wearing a uniform or anything to identify him as pat of the staff. I has no idea who he was! We ended up leaving and coming back to check in later on. Upon arriving, we encountered a lady who helped us, which was very nice and helped get a room but did not give directions to our room and seemed very impatient and who appeared to not want to be there or help others. We went to the side door, which was open. It would not shut because the door jam was uneven or the bottom (whatever it was, it would not close) this door remained like this through out our stay so there was NO security at all. Anyone could have walked into that hotel room and done as they pleased! Having a 1 year old and a 9 year old, this made me very uncomfortable! We got into our room and immediately found a table with the leg broken almost completely off! We decided to look around a little more and found several other disgusting thins that made this hotel look like we were staying in a hotel that I should have paid $40 for! The list includes: above the shower the wall paper was coming off, there were brown spots all over above the shower enclosure, the shower curtain rod was rusted, the door has a hole in it, the lamp shade was stained with water or something, the fire alarm was gone!, there was trash on the floor and counter, there were cigarette burns in the comforter (we were in a non smoking room), last but not least the pool was foggy and I was reluctant to let my son swim in it but he really wanted to so we let him. He was down there for about 3 minutes and stepped on glass in the pool. We immediately got him out and picked the glass up. I took the glass down to the front desk and she took my name and number down and said a manager would call me. The manager never called me, I had to call at 3 the next day when I was told he would call me around 10. This stay was extremely disappointing and disgusting and customer service was terrible!

Staff helpful. Room okay. Location is convenient to the tech center and i25. Pool and Spa were very nice and refreshing.

Nice place in a great location. Gym is located 1 mile away restaurants are all close. target is literally down the street. great place for the price I dont have a single complaint.

The front desk and housekeeping department seemed to lack a lot of communication. We were walked in upon renewing our night......didn't even knock. Very awkward. But overall it was an ok stay. Will probably stay somewhere else next time we are in town. They need a lot of work and need improvements. If cost is a factor, I would recommend for the budget friendly....but if you need a lot of extras then this hotel will leave you wanting more.

The hotel appears a little outdated. Pros: Spacious room and Quiet stay (was not woken up by anything). There was a pool but we didn't get to use it because we forgot swimwear. It looked fine. Cons: The carpet in our room was very worn with various stains, the walls and mirrors had stains and boogers on it, the previous person who stayed wanted to smoke or something so we found a bag covering the smoke alarm. The place was just a little dirty overall with everything. Not gross, just a little dirty. The tub did not have a curtain so had to shower trying to not flood the bathroom. I went to the front desk to let them know there was a remote missing, the staff member was counting money and ignored me for a few minutes. I get it but at least say, "I'll be right with you". The breakfast was very lackluster with lots of waiting for new hot food. I choose the hotel for its location but there are many other ones in this area that may be worth a try.

The bed and the pillows were absolutely terrible. And they had doors that said they were "vending" rooms for ice and snacks but the doors to those rooms were locked during our whole stay. Wanted to swim in the pool but it looked disgusting there was lettuce floating around and what appeared to be oil on the whole top layer of the water.

Comfortable but could use a make over. Clean enough to not feel gross. Staff is very friendly!

comfortable room, needed some ceiling work, thermostat controlled heating/cooling hidden by window curtain, staff very responsive,. One of those sink mirror separate from shower stool. very good breakfast.
