My stay was very comfortable and I was in a convenient location. I was close to retail and the downtown area.

I ended up booking this hotel last-minute for a conference that was being held at the next door property. I was a little concerned because I have had bad experiences booking less expensive hotels at work events, but this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is not new, and you can still tell, but it's clear they've done some significant refurbishment. There were still a few minor issues with the room (mismatched paint on the ceiling, the toilet periodically ran for no reason, the bathroom sink handle came off in my hand once), but none of them affected my stay. The pool was also closed for refurbishment until 2018, but that didn't really matter to me. Most importantly, I had no problems with noise even though many people in the more expensive hotel next door complained about the trains. I think this hotel might be somewhat shielded from it by the other building. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Hot breakfast was good. Overall I was very happy and I think I had a better experience than many of my colleagues who stayed in the much more expensive conference hotel.

old outdated and very dirty rooms are very crappy condition furniture soiled and broken. this place is a dump!

Shuttle service was available for short hops around the immediate neighborhood. I got to know the driver. He was accommodating and made several suggestions that saved me both time and money. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. A main train connection is 'within walking distance.' It's about 1.5 mile. Easy travel to and from the airport.

This hotel needs an update. I had several problems from the start. The door to my room had an issue and was a problem to open. The room that I stayed in was dirty and with trash left in the bathroom trash can. Nothing like someone's spit bottle to welcome you to the room. The parking spots are so small that if someone parks next to you good look getting into your car. They do not have coffee in the morning so plan to get it else where.

Nothing like what the pictures online offered. The room was very small and the staff was very loud outside the room. They didn't offer any vending machines and their own pantry for food and drinks was empty.

They put me in the room next to the kitchen, so the sound of doors slamming wakes you up continuously starting at 5am. Not all that clean, and staff not all that helpful. I made a mistake and left 2 shirts in the closet too. Called 4 times asking if they had them. Each time, they took down my info and said they'd call me back. No call back. I wouldn't stay here again.

Spent one night in the hotel the Sunday before Labor Day. At 6am Labor Day morning, I started hearing loud thuds, which I assumed were doors slamming. Once I got up and looked out the window, I saw that it was painters painting right outside my room. I complained to the manager and she didn't seem to care. I complained twice more via email and did not receive a response. For a "hospitality" business, they don't seem to understand that I came there to SLEEP.

The picture online were great but when I got there, I was less than impressed. The front desk was super slow, although they were very polite and friendly. The lobby, halls, elevator and room all need to be cleaned alot better. There is a funky smell.

I have stayed at nicer 2 star hotels than this one. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional and all seemed to hate their job. The rooms were dirty and grimy. Housekeeping did not come consistently. Lots of things were broken. And the pool was under construction during the summer. When we complained to management we were told they could do nothing to compensate us for our horrible stay because we booked through a third party (Orbitz). They barely gave us an apology. I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!!

Overall, the rooms were a good size. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Check in was great. Check out was different. There was a plumbing issue one of the days. Lots of noise right under room. We weren't able to sleep. Told the staff about it and they said they would see what they could do about compensating us. Still haven't heard from them.

If you're looking for a mid grade, average nothing fancy hotel then this is perfect for you. Maybe a night with the guys this would be a good stay but your girlfriend/wife might be looking for more. No indoor pool, hot tub or bar. Good location, near stores and bars. Nice staff. About 20 minutes from downtown. Free breakfast no airport shuttle. An average but good stay.

The lobby of the hotel suggests a far more pleasant experience that do the low-ceilinged hallways and rooms. Our room had a rackety air conditioner. Staff were very accommodating when we asked to check out early and move to the Holiday Inn down the street.

The staff was polite and helpful, parking was not an issue. The rooms were clean and equipped. The hallways were pretty hot for some reason, but no big deal. The location is pretty decent being near the highway and only 15 minutes from downtown. The only negative is the really annoying train crossing which is very nearby. The trains which seem to vary in their frequency let off very loud horns when they go by and on our first night it happened several times which woke us up. The next day the staff moved our room up a floor and facing the opposite direction which greatly reduced the noise. There was a large construction crew staying in the hotel and they really liked to drink and smoke weed which made the hallways reek every night. But this is hardly the fault of the hotel.

Rented for my visitor Missed the flight so went back for one more night. That's how we liked the place

Very clean, they were polite, good brekfast, good price,

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were my favorite part! So comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and this place was perfect after a 7 hour drive.

Great hotel and the free drinks and meal was a bonus , breakfast is awesome and the rooms are great and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Defenitly would recommend to anybody !!!

This hotel is run down and in need of updating. My room was directly across from the ice maker machine which was located in the hallway, not in a separate room as most are. There were people getting ice from that machine all through the night. It took me a while to figure out what the noise was as it kept waking me up. Also there was cigarette smell. I complained to the manager in the morning and asked for some compensation. She told me that she could not do anything as I did not come to them in the middle of the night to ask for a room change. I told her that that was not reasonable as I was not going to pack up my room and move in the middle of the night but that did not convince her that compensation was due. So much for customer service here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

We had stayed two nights at the hotel with bed bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The next morning I discovered that our room had dead and alive bed bugs. I have never seen such creatures before in my life. We left that hotel immediately.
