Welcome to Oasis in the city, centrally located in north Denver within walking distance of Regis University, an array of restaurants and bars in the highlands and minutes to downtown Denver with numerous attractions, Jump on I-70 and you will be up in the mountains enjoying some world class skiing in no time!

There are 4 bedrooms and a play/flex room each room is equipped with brand new bed(s) and comfortable mattress , 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin sized beds, and a Queen size Sofa bed, along with a large leather couch that could sleep 2 people . Every room has a dedicated closet space

*Bathrooms
Main floor comes with a 3 piece bathroom that includes a soaking claw foot bath tub with shower to relax and enjoy.

Basement bathroom boasts a rain shower head and double vanity.

*Living Space
There are 2 living spaces , the main living Room has a big leather couch to enjoy the big game on a 55 inch Flat screen TV while the 2nd living space has a queen size Sofa bed and stylish fireplace along with a foosball table that overlooks the beautiful covered back patio equipped with outdoor furniture.

This newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook your way. A coffee station and a nicely situated office space with fast fiber optic WI-FI are also adjacent to the kitchen.

Oasis in the city has a huge and nicely landscaped backyard. This space comes with a professionally installed mini golf putt putt game as well as a brand new 8 person jetted Hot Tub , BBQ Grill and 8 person outdoor dining table, official size Corn Hole game and other activities for your outdoor adventure.

The cleanliness of the house was not great, walking across the floor turned the bottom of our feet black. There were only 2 air conditioning units, both upstairs, so the downstairs was musty and warm.

A good bargain for a larger family

We were looking for a place for a party of 7 in Denver. Naturally, cost was a factor for us, and this property did hit a sweet spot with cost/night. There are 3 bedrooms in the basement, and one upstairs. It was adequate for our needs, and what one might expect for the cost. It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the basement. There are 2 mini-split units in the home, one in the living room, and one in the family room. Both upstairs. They really didnt cool the rest of the house so the upstairs bedroom and kitchen were stuffy, and the basement was hot for sleeping.Backyard hot tub was nice, and grill was nice. Gate in the fence had a broken post and was very difficult to open. The rest of the landscaping was neglected in the backyard.It would have been nice also to have some small shampoos or soaps available for the showers.Good communication with host, ease of check-in and check out were great. All in all, we got what we paid for.
