This hotel is awful the building is literally falling apart and needs to be totally renovated and redone. They need to remodel the rooms they need new beds their beds are really uncomfortable the room smell weird the ice maker doesn't work and when you go into the other room where the ice maker does work it reeks of mold and mildew just really stinks the food is yucky the whole thing needs to be redone or closed don't stay here

Roof was being redone...starting at 7am Room was cleaned 1 time out of 4 They should have compensated all guests

It was a decent stay. Everything was clean. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, but we could hear the people moving around upstairs at 3 a.m.

Stayed for one night. First room smelled horribly of smoke & the was ash inn dresser top, was moved into another room no problem. I can only assume cleaning staff smoked in it. Next room was great, clean, bed was comfortable. Couldn't hear street traffic. It was exactly what was needed after a long day of driving. Clean & neat, although slightly outdated. Continental breakfast included, didn't partake.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was clean but it was very tired. There were "interesting " people hanging out in the parking lot.

No WiFi during my entire stay. I contacted the front desk staff and they said they would look into it but I was not able to connect at all. Poor service and facilities!

Staff was friendly and helpful but the heat didn't work. Uncomfortable night.

Inexpensive compared to other area hotels. There is a reason. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, waffles, cold cereal, basic coffee, and muffins. Rooms look remodeled, but are not amazing. No elevator - hauling your luggage up the stairs is not fun. Close to University - and Colorado Blvd where a lot of eating/shopping is accessible. Pool less than appealing.

My dog found some nicoret gum that was left and made him sick. People opening up doors and talking all night long, and smelled bad when turned on the bathroom fan.

The rooms have gotten spruced up but when you approach the hotels exterior you'd swear your were at a place where they rent by the hour...really dumpy. Two full beds in most rooms rather than a king - somehow they seemed like the narrowest I've ever slept in . Impossible for two! There are many other nearby local choices

Clean & comfortable with professional staff...would definitely go back.

Good enough value for the price. The room wasn't up to date but it was clean and warm for April. It was in Denver and near the rail system. All around, I would recommend it to people on a tight budget.

Quick and convenient for my needs as the hotel is close to the University of Denver.

me and my husband were very pleased with our stay. very clean room, perfect size for just the two of us. we liked how the bathroom had a seperate room for the shower. also it was very close to what we were doing so that was an extra plus.

The room was clean and comfortable, but very loud (both neighbors and highway traffic)

Good for single or two adults. Rooms are small,but adequate. Rooms would not be suitable for families with young children.

The room was perfectly fine for our needs. We spent our trip traveling and only used the room to sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts in the morning were just right. I would not spend the standard rate of $199.00 a night for this place though.
