In a busy area but that is to be expected. Near just about everything, from shopping to restaurants to medical to the highway. It's a motor lodge style hotel so expect a fair amount of noise until bedtime - it shares a parking lot with a restaurant. But the room was comfortable and clean, the shower worked great and it met my needs. No complaints. Not for everyone but not bad at all.

The hotel is in a great location. It's a bit rundown and people might be smoking outside their rooms even though they should not. The pool was fine. The breakfast was carbs, yogurt, coffee, and a fruit. I requested a room change because the original had a scent of cigarette smoke. They changed it immediately. I've stayed at really nice LQs...this place is ok for a quick and affordable stay...but it's not super nice or anything of the sorts.

Hotel was clean but needed updating. Also there wasn't a mini fridge or micowave in our room which made it inconvenient for drinks and snacks.Hotel management and maintenance was very efficient.

The rooms aren't perfect , but clean, not musty. Near restaurants and highway .

This appears to have been an older, lower grade hotel that was converted into a LaQuinta. Unlike other LQ inns I have stayed in, this one had exterior corridors. The caulk and grout in the bathroom needed to be replaced. The security lock was missing a bolt. Even though I was out of the room from 10 am til 4:30 pm, no one cleaned it. When I went to the front deck to inform them that it had not been cleaned, they said "Sorry, the cleaners had gone home, It wouldn't be cleaned til tomorrow." Yet I had paid to have my room cleaned everyday.

The room is only cleaned 2x weekly. Garbage not picked up unless requested in-between. The hotel is in need of major repairs and maintenance. The desk staff are very helpful.

Out of all the Hotel room I have been in I have never felt like this I Felt Like A Queen the room was so comfortable it just made you feel like you were special I was so at peace with the world thank you if I was ever to stay at a hotel it would be yours I am Grateful for such a beautiful place Great job keep up the good work

It was fair. Had some trouble with the toilet and the first day I did not have hot water. The room could be cleaned better, vents, around switches. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Everyone that worked their was very nice and helpful. It could use new carpet. Nice location to mall and restaurants and only a half hour from the airport.

The central location of the hotel is nice, the rooms are dated, carpet seamed grungy. The bed was comfy and the sheets were nice and clean, as were the towels.

Towels were nice, The room was clean. Easy to get to & find. Staff was friendly. You need to give the hotel phone # as I needed to get a discount because I had an appointment at Colorado University Hospital & couldn't get it.

Didn't realize it was an exterior hotel. Just ok, but I wouldn't go back. Too far from airport. It was cheap so i got what I paid for.

We have stayed at many La Quinta Inns in Western United States But never have we found one this poorly maintained. If we had more time we would have looked for a different place to stay. My wife is a Lung Transplant patient so we ask for a bottom floor room. They had one but couldn't get the door open because the electronic lock was inoperative. Won't ever go back.

Fair for just me, I would not have stayed if I had my family with me. Location is convenient to freeway and major street. Parking was generally available near the room. Room was clean but pretty basic. Shower and toilet room very small lost hot water in shower after about 3 but it came back once I turned off the water and waited a minute or so. There was a persistent leak in the bathtub faucet, annoying but I just closed the door. Hair dryer worked fine. No computer downstairs, took a long time to print out my boarding pass. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but OK. Internet connection in room very slow.

My stay was a very good one. I would recomend it for another friend. Thanks for a great stay.

The room has strong odor. The location is OK. Free breakfirst has nothing special. Bathroom is tiny.

Moving there this summer, came to check things out.

The room was clean and well appointed. The guests however smoked outside the rooms and left partially smoked cigarettes on the window seals which were not removed for several days. The guests openly drank beer and smoked outside the rooms thumping ashes below on the cars. The drink bottles were left and cigarettes thrown into the parking lot between cars. The guest were very loud at night outside the rooms until very late. We had stayed here several years ago which prompted us to stay this time. Would not stay again.

It was fair. Had some trouble with the toilet and the first day I did not have hot water. The room could be cleaned better, vents, around switches. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Everyone that worked their was very nice and helpful. It could use new carpet. Nice location to mall and restaurants and only a half hour from the airport.
