You might as well get a smoking room because you'll come out smelling like smoke no matter what room your in. People stand right outside your door and are screaming and being loud. Beds were not comfortable at all.

long hair everywhere (floor not vacuumed?), peeling paint, damaged wall corners, missing light bulbs, NO HOT WATER (I ran the faucet 5 min), stained chair seats, noisy neighbors

I didn't feel safe, the room was in shambles, terrible a/c. The worst part was that the guests upstairs stomped around all night from 2:30-6:00. The floors were squeaky and I barely got any sleep. When I told the guy at the desk he seemed less than concerned. No apology, no, "I hope you have a good day. thanks for staying with us." Nothing!

Loud people. Dirty. Smoking everywhere. Staff was friendly but people living in rooms and lots of yelling and fighting. Go somewhere else.

Drove through. Almost no one there except a few people hanging around outside rooms. Didn't stay as it did not feel safe.

Horrible!!! Roaches, prostitutes you name it they had it. Don't ever stay here, I would rather sleep in the car...

Bathroom door had a hole punched through it, and patched with caulking. Air conditioner probably 50yrs old, tried like hell to keep room cool. Next trip, the Holiday Inn down the road will serve well worth the extra $20/night. Overall, just an run-down, low rent room for a night.

We choose this hotel because of the low cost but we were disappointed. There was an unpleasant smell, stains on the furniture, dirt around the edges, and we could hear every step the people took above us. It kept us awake until they went to bed which was well after midnight.

We were very disappointed with this motel. We knew it was not expensive, but we were told in print and verbally that we would be in a non smoking room. We walked in and could not breathe properly because of the smoke smell. You could feel the springs in the bed. The mattress was shredded at the top. The heat would not work properly. We had to tighten the toilet so as not to slip off. In the morning the water would only go to below luke warm. We had to sponge off. The drain in the sink did not work properly. Needless to say we won't be back:(

The hotel was not very clean. The heat didn't work well. Horrible breakfast.

Our mistake was in not reading the reviews before we booked. We were able to book in easily the fellow who dealt with us was friendly. On the way to our room, we noticed piles of trash in a walkway. The room had no fridge or coffee maker. Hot water and teabag could be found in the breakfast room if one was prepared for the walk back to the office area. The bed dipped severely in the middle which led to a restless night. An early morning stroll around the outside of the motel revealed even more garbage strewn about, especially in the area of the dumpster. A snow storm preceded our stay by a week. Parking near the office involved dealing with sheets of ice. We were so disappointed with the experience that we did not stay for our second night but instead found another motel that proved more amenable in every way.

Although I got the room for $50 a night doesn't mean I'm supposed to suffer. When we walked into the lobby it smelled like there was a toilet right there in the middle of the room. I wanted to turn around then but it was clean and I assumed that somebody had to go. Get to the room there were people hanging and smoking at the door. Urine all at the door. So now I started checking other hotels for vacancies. No luck so we spend the night and the worse happens. I woke up with bites everywhere. It's 5am so I go straight to the front desk and the attendant Scott tells me that it's not important enough to call the supervisor that was due in in an hour and a half. And walks away. I have a video of them crawling all over the box spring. So I left and called the supervisor once she (Helen) arrived and told her the issue. She says he's right I don't want any calls that early. I then ask for the corporate number and she states that they are privately owned and there's nothing they can do. I proceed to call corporate and report them. Both my arms and one side of my face has bites on it. I had to throw away all my things so that I don't risk bringing the bed bugs home. When I returned to speak with Helen face to face they were vacuuming the bed. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Horrible - stayed zero out of three nights booked - apparently a known prostitution corner

OUr best friends live in denver and we also had to pick up freinds at airport so i decided to stay on east part of metro area this time instead of west part of metro. This hotel is very easy to find but DO NOT STAY HERE if you are traveling, This is the kind of hotel people live at or stay at while working summer jobs ect. NOT made for a couple fo people on vacation. We had to wash everything when we went to next hotel as everything reeked of smoked. Our AC didn't work most of the time and it was 95 outside. The maintenance man was a joke. there was a stained mattress leaning against wall outside our door all 4 nights. We couldn't get a refund and change hotel because of the MOtel's cancellation policy. Our 1st night i cried after people tried to sell of us jewelry in the parking lot. At least toilet was brand new. Was surprisingly quiet at night except road traffic. Parking lot too small for size of place.

It was really bad, if you spend more than 2 days in that hotel they don't make your beds, don't replace towels....cleaning the room even worse. The receptionist was very rude, the area where this hotel is located is not good either.

The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He actually let me check in a few hours earlier than intended. The housekeeping was good and pleasant when I told them to come back later. The area was kinda bad but I still felt safe. A mini fridge or microwave would have been nice, but if you are only there for a day or two you can go without.

Unsafe, crackheads loiter, dirty, people fighting. I stayed here for a week on business. After Day 4, someone finally cleaned my room. The hotel is located across from a methadone clinic, so crackheads and their cracky girls knocked on my door all night long asking me if I had any drugs to sell. This place should be condemned.

I was tonclose the stair and the room feel all the movement fron out side

Nicely surprised by courteous clerk, new to area. Without ac on, room(first floor) had distinct mold odor, oh well. Pool adequate, wifi can be real slow.

Overall cleanliness only fair. Hair in the tub/ not ours. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Toilet seat loose & barely held on by 1 bolt. Hotel was run down & in need of repairs/ stained carpet & chairs. One muffin, a few donuts cut in half & cereal all that was on the continental breakfast with an hour to go on breakfast. Positive comments = The staff was friendly & the sheets were clean.
