Upon check in we were given a double room when we reserved a king. They relocated us to a king room upon our discovery. The kitchenette had nothing to cook or eat on. The bed only had a comforter, so we had to request bed sheets. We were told they would be brought to our room. At 1am we finally went down to office to pickup our bed sheets. There were no hangers in the closet, we had to request those too. We were on a week long business trip, and since we prepaid, we stayed...I recommend not to stay at this hotel.

How can you expect people to pay at least $75 for a night and be treated like we are in the dorms. There is NO TOWELS in the room. you have to walk all the way to the front fo get it. Then walk back like an inmate with through the outside. the tv wasn’t working. The shower was gross. The refrigerator was like someone trash it and was never cleaned. BEVER EVER AGAIN. I wish i could get my money back.

Room smelled awful, holes in the carpet along with nasty sticky stuff in the carpet, stains on the sheets, writing on the walls, and no water pressure in the shower. Staff was nice, but that was the only pleasant part about my stay.

The room smelled bad. The sink in the bathroom completely clogged and toilet dirty!

Room was filthy. Someone had already been in the bed. Counters were smeared with food. Bugs in lights and in drawers.

room smelled like smoke, carpet had red stains on it, bed was rock hard, pillows well may as well not used them, asked for more and they said they did not have any. shower curtain rod had been pulled off the wall at some point then repaired by moving it a few inches and screwed back into the wall. the hole not fixed. this made it so every time i showered the floor would get flooded because the curtain would not stay in the shower. the toilet flushing handle was installed upside down so it made it hard to actually flush the toilet. the towel holder on the wall was very fragile and about ready to fall down. the bathroom faucet was not bolted to the counter so every time i went to use it i thought i was going to break it. the bathroom door knob was not bolted to the door the whole thing rotated. the one outlet you could access had been broken exposing a electrical hazard. their pathetic excuse for cable was a analog antenna system with 25 channels which went out one night and took 3 hrs to get back to working. may as well not even try to use their wifi it is slow as hell. the bedding was stained and looked 30 years old as it was falling apart. had to keep the heater at 80 to get it to be a consistent 60 in the whole room. there was not trash bin in the room. I tried calling the front office but couldn't as the phone did not work. i was there for 3 nights. i went to the front office every night to complain or ask for something and all i got was run around.

When I got there, the employee told me the wrong way to get to my room. When I got into my room, there was holes in the doors, the walls were disgusting and the worst part was the heat in my room didn't work...i wohld not recommend.

There was a homeless guy sleeping under the stairs outside of my room. Manager was rude.

Location was great, and the price was also. The bed was too small for two guests and the room had no heat at all. Continental breakfast ended up being oatmeal and coffee. Shouldn't have put that unless its a big breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Bad staff, really bad room. No towels in the room, no shampoo. Smoked room. Smells like weed

Dangerous location left after witnessing multiple drug deals and was told by resident that I was out of place and would experience an unpleasant experience during my stay. I will not pay for this since I did not stay. When checking in the staff were having argument that lasted for 15 minutes before they would attend to anyone

Bed sheets blood stains all over, Ac k nob broken stuck at uncomfortablly cold temp. Musky smell from carpet.

The only redeeming factors were the location and availability, I've stayed in plenty of 2 star hotels, but I would NEVER stay here again. The solution to the horrid odor in my room, was to hand me a dryer sheet with instructions to put it in the a/c filter. Bugs in bathroom, black spots on the carpet, do yourself a favor and sleep in your car.

I arrived at Extended Stay America on 7/2/2016 at 5:00 P.M. There were people standing outside with their pets, and angry people inside. I was told by the clerk at the desk, that it would be at least 3 hours before I could go into my room, because the staff had walked out, and the rooms had not been cleaned. I called Orbitz, and after they confirmed with the front desk that I was correct, they were nice enough to put me up in a much better hotel, and make up the money difference themselves.

I've stayed in Extended Stay hotels before and have always been pleased with the facilities. This one is definitely in need of some upgrades. The rooms were very small, the air conditioner did not work properly, there were stains on the curtains on the windows and on the curtains that acted as a closet covering, and the carpets definitely needed to be replaced.

dirty, stay somewhere else

horrible service

I had a reservation for months. Got to hotel and they had no clean rooms for me. I left. I'm no paying for this hotel!

i will never stay at this hotel again

i wouldn't stay here again.
