Room was filthy. Someone had already been in the bed. Counters were smeared with food. Bugs in lights and in drawers.

room smelled like smoke, carpet had red stains on it, bed was rock hard, pillows well may as well not used them, asked for more and they said they did not have any. shower curtain rod had been pulled off the wall at some point then repaired by moving it a few inches and screwed back into the wall. the hole not fixed. this made it so every time i showered the floor would get flooded because the curtain would not stay in the shower. the toilet flushing handle was installed upside down so it made it hard to actually flush the toilet. the towel holder on the wall was very fragile and about ready to fall down. the bathroom faucet was not bolted to the counter so every time i went to use it i thought i was going to break it. the bathroom door knob was not bolted to the door the whole thing rotated. the one outlet you could access had been broken exposing a electrical hazard. their pathetic excuse for cable was a analog antenna system with 25 channels which went out one night and took 3 hrs to get back to working. may as well not even try to use their wifi it is slow as hell. the bedding was stained and looked 30 years old as it was falling apart. had to keep the heater at 80 to get it to be a consistent 60 in the whole room. there was not trash bin in the room. I tried calling the front office but couldn't as the phone did not work. i was there for 3 nights. i went to the front office every night to complain or ask for something and all i got was run around.

When I got there, the employee told me the wrong way to get to my room. When I got into my room, there was holes in the doors, the walls were disgusting and the worst part was the heat in my room didn't work...i wohld not recommend.

There was a homeless guy sleeping under the stairs outside of my room. Manager was rude.

Location was great, and the price was also. The bed was too small for two guests and the room had no heat at all. Continental breakfast ended up being oatmeal and coffee. Shouldn't have put that unless its a big breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Bad staff, really bad room. No towels in the room, no shampoo. Smoked room. Smells like weed

Dangerous location left after witnessing multiple drug deals and was told by resident that I was out of place and would experience an unpleasant experience during my stay. I will not pay for this since I did not stay. When checking in the staff were having argument that lasted for 15 minutes before they would attend to anyone

No one is helping. Just one periods at the first desk

Horrible weekend stay Dirty rooms Broken things M I a staff I would Not recommend this hotel to anyone for anything

Bed sheets blood stains all over, Ac k nob broken stuck at uncomfortablly cold temp. Musky smell from carpet.

The only redeeming factors were the location and availability, I've stayed in plenty of 2 star hotels, but I would NEVER stay here again. The solution to the horrid odor in my room, was to hand me a dryer sheet with instructions to put it in the a/c filter. Bugs in bathroom, black spots on the carpet, do yourself a favor and sleep in your car.

I arrived at Extended Stay America on 7/2/2016 at 5:00 P.M. There were people standing outside with their pets, and angry people inside. I was told by the clerk at the desk, that it would be at least 3 hours before I could go into my room, because the staff had walked out, and the rooms had not been cleaned. I called Orbitz, and after they confirmed with the front desk that I was correct, they were nice enough to put me up in a much better hotel, and make up the money difference themselves.

I've stayed in Extended Stay hotels before and have always been pleased with the facilities. This one is definitely in need of some upgrades. The rooms were very small, the air conditioner did not work properly, there were stains on the curtains on the windows and on the curtains that acted as a closet covering, and the carpets definitely needed to be replaced.

In the first room, the bath had no tub spout, no shower curtain (one of the brackets was broken off the wall), and the sink faucets were not attached to the counter top. Because the bathroom was mostly nonfunctional, they moved me to another unit. That unit was much better, but the sink faucets were still not attached to the counter top. I cannot imagine that I will ever again stay at an Extended Stay America.

Found a pair of stilettos and a strapless sequined top in the closet -just who had been there before us? Cigarette burns in the bedspread and the room smelled faintly of smoke, although smoking is not allowed. The sheets were too small for the bed and there was only a thin bedspread - we were cold. The rest of the room was clean enough, but won't come back....

Good motel, no complaints. Breakfast was a joke, I would call it light snack, but overall a good stay for one night.

We got a good deal on this hotel, and thought the family could enjoy some swimming and a little getaway before an airport run. The hotel looks nice and fresh from the outside, but the inside is the opposite. There are several people that look like they basically live in the hotel, possibly cramming multiple into rooms. Hanging around outside late at night, trash in the stairways of leftover food, people roaming the roads - gives it a sketchy feel coming in. The rooms themselves are also pretty poor. Run down, toilet had stains all over it and had the constant running water sound. Very basic amenities - little bar of soap and shower. No cups or dishware in the kitchenette - you're supposed to bring your own or what? We had the deluxe room with a sleeper sofa, but that was badly used as well, and you had to walk back down to the front to get sheets for it - they weren't in the room already. The hotel advertises free breakfast which is a complete joke. There are little packs of plain-flavor instant oatmeal, and some snack bars. That is NOT a breakfast, give me a break. We got in too late to try the pool out, but we didn't care as it would probably be as run down and trashy seeming as the rest of the hotel rooms and area. I can't believe this hotel is $100+ a night for the deluxe, this should be a $50-60/night hotel like you'd find at a highway exit. Disappointed as we would have rather just stayed home than tried out a little getaway. This appears to only be useful for people who need to live in a hotel while they get their lives together unfortunately. Do not stay expecting any sort of night out at a hotel with pool.

The hotel is good for bussines travel. The room was clean y it has just the needed.

Clean room, most of the staff was very kind, helpful, and knowlegable. The day we checked in Brian had just started at the front desk and was still in training, and he has exceeded very fast in customer service. The housekeepers always work hard and try to go out of their way to make guests comfortable. My only thumbs down was the African American woman that works the front desk during the morning/day shift, she is EXTREMELY rude, inconsiderate and stuck up. Extended stay America. ...overall great location staff and hotel, but that woman either needs to change career fields where she never has to deal with the public, EVER! or yall need to send her to some training classes!!!!!

Great staff for the most part. Quiet and pretty private.
