The room was filthy as soon as I stepped foot through the door. Dog feces can be seen around the outdoors of the entire facility. Garbage, random trash and tumble weeds are everywhere. The only positive note I can say about my experience is the desk staff was extremely nice, Amber did a great job and she is very professional. I would never recommend this hotel. I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and this was by far my worst experience...

We booked this hotel because it advertised a full kitchen and we had business in the area for 6 days and didn't want to eat dinner out every night. The minute we walked in, we knew we wouldn't be cooking or eating in there at all! Apparently, you have to ask for any thing you might need in the kitchen. EVERYTHING! There was literally nothing in the kitchen-not even a roll of paper towels. There is no dishwasher. The microwave was super tiny, good enough for warming up a up of coffee maybe. We had to ask for a coffee maker, which we told them to keep when we saw it, as it was tiny and old. We just went out and bought one, which we just left there. Housekeeping only comes if you are there over a week! And the bathroom didn't even have a trash can. Super yucky carrying out dirty personal items to the "kitchen." I've never stayed at such a poorly equipped hotel.

The location is the best thing about the hotel. The rooms have a stale odor and the rooms are falling apart. Not worth staying there!

Hi,this extended stay at parkmeadows dr is really good and cleanliness . better the previous branches that i stayed . staff is cery friendly and available 24/7

We picked this hotel for its proximity to our home and that they allowed pets. It seemed like a big up charge for the pets though - for our two small dogs it was $25 per dog per night. The hotel has very thin sheets and comforters. HDTVs but no HD channels so service was grainy. Breakfast - 3 types of pre-packaged muffins, 2 types of granola bars, 5 apples and an orange. Only recommend if you need a hotel that takes pets.

We booked this room for two nights, but only stayed for one. It was dirty and the room had an awful smell. The manager did offer to refund our money for the second night's stay.

The room was just ok... but once I pilled down the covers I found a long black hair in the middle of the bed...needless to say I slept on top of the sheets. The staff was great and very friendly but for the money I would definitely recommend finding another hotel.

HAVE STAYED TWICE, GOOD SERVICE, GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN. CLOSE TO FAMILY MEMBER HOME. VERY CONVENIENT

I liked it has a kitchen and the location. I could walk to restaurants and cafe.

Definitely will stay here again Unfortunately this web site charged me $100 more than they would have if I just walked in

Check in: We waited over an hour to get a room. Bad bad bad

I was looking for an economic place to stay, but was having a hard time finding one that didn't have a lot of bad reviews about non-smoking rooms wreaking of smoke, This particular had some decent reviews so I decided to check it out. Wow, was I impressed! It didn't feel like an economy hotel at all! It was newly remodeled and spotless! Kitchenette with full size fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The only thing that could have been better is the continental breakfast. I'm not sure which continent it was from, but it left a lot to be desired in this one! With a couple of coffee pots, and some prepackaged breakfast bars I opted to go out to breakfast.

I needed a hotel room in Lone Tree on short notice and Extended Stay Denver Park Meadows was a good choice. It was affordable and clean, and the staff was excellent. Thank you, LF

The location is good, staff were great, room was average but good for the price.

I wasn't sure about it from some of the reviews but it was better than I expected it to be.

Not very nice and minimal comfort. Cheaper hotel with location the only positive.

Wow I thought this would be a great hotel to stay at as it looked good from the outside. Oh MY was I wrong! I have stayed in hotel rooms in almost every state in the US and this would rank right up there with the worst ever! It had trash in the room next to and behind the nightstand! The carpet had not been vaccumed in what looked like weeks! There was gross pubic hair in the shower so we couldn't even use it! There was a party going on in the room somewhere near us and kept me awake until 3:30AM!~!!!! Called the front desk but no on anwsered! One word discribes this place GROSS!

Not real clean smelled of smoke.

Very good stay at this hotel! This was my first time staying at a "Extended Stay" hotel. Very home like, and will stay at more Extended Stays in the future.

Had to wait for room to be ready, wasn't the room I was expecting, very noisy location on ground floor next to entry/exit door. Bed very uncomfortable, air conditioner worked great.
