Everything was fine, service was good. Only complaint was how loud the bathroom fan was...it was super loud. As a counterpoint, they did give us an extra pillow!

The guy who runs the place, Jude, needs to be replaced in the worst kind of way. From what I can tell and based on how he treated me, he let himself into my room while I was away. Based on my being a single female and not there with anyone, he jumped to his own conclusions and in a very humiliating and degrading manner; suggested that I must be there as a prostitute and kicked me out, then when I asked him to supply me with an official record of why he had decided such an ugly accusation was being treated as a fact, he zipped up and said in a smug voice “I don’t have to tell you you just need to get your sh!+ and gtfo.” He cruelly turned me into a nonhuman in public and was pretty much very pleased with himself. I’ve never been in the presence of such a nasty and mean-spirited person as Jude; and it was extremely upsetting as well as very untrue. All the employees there know as a day to day rule, that he enjoys causing anyone he encounters to feel very bad in his wake and they all have at least one story of his condescending nature and open disgust for women being on full display. Anyone who feels that I’m just taking it too personally or that I’m a trouble maker, keep in mind that he just arbitrarily decided based on nothing he can legally state as reason, that it was his job to make me look like a scumbag and run me off By slut shaming me. When we arrived at the front desk we were told they hsad overbooked and so did not have a room for use.

Walked in at 4pm and they told me they did not have a room for me - sorry about my luck and take it up with Expedia (I had used Orbitz). This was not a last minute booking. Kind of rude, kind of flippant and totally unnecessary attitude.

Worst experience in my life, hotel overbooked and cancel

I made my reservation the day of my stay. It was late in the day, around 9pm. Online stated that there were fours rooms available. I went to checkin around 9:30pm. There was no one at the front desk. I waited at the front desk for about 30 mins before someone helped me check in. I was then told I had to wait for a room to be cleaned and it was the only room available. I did not get into my room till 11:30pm. The room was not vacuumed and was very dirty. I don’t blame the drink desk person for any of this. He seemed to be the only staff person at the hotel at the time and did the best he could with a lot of other things going on. However I am extremely dissatisfied with the stay I had for the price I paid.

My room was filthy, only had towels and a half roll of toilet paper and nothing else. The shower had a huge bubble above the shower head that was a leak that had been there for quit a while.

Everything was great. My only complaints are 1) the toilet exhaust fan in room 311 is very noisy and 2) the toilet room door frame is missing the strike plate.

Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I booked. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I can't comment on the room as the person in charge of checking people in didn't know how to do an Orbitz reservation despite having a fax from them and our confirmation number. She refused to answer the phone as Orbitz tried to repeatedly call her. We waited for over an hour while watching about 20 other people also have problems. We eventually had to leave as we cancelled with Orbitz (who also couldn't be bothered to help us find another room late at night) and ended up having to pay twice as much for a late night check in two towns away.

The room was filthy as soon as I stepped foot through the door. Dog feces can be seen around the outdoors of the entire facility. Garbage, random trash and tumble weeds are everywhere. The only positive note I can say about my experience is the desk staff was extremely nice, Amber did a great job and she is very professional. I would never recommend this hotel. I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and this was by far my worst experience...

We booked this hotel because it advertised a full kitchen and we had business in the area for 6 days and didn't want to eat dinner out every night. The minute we walked in, we knew we wouldn't be cooking or eating in there at all! Apparently, you have to ask for any thing you might need in the kitchen. EVERYTHING! There was literally nothing in the kitchen-not even a roll of paper towels. There is no dishwasher. The microwave was super tiny, good enough for warming up a up of coffee maybe. We had to ask for a coffee maker, which we told them to keep when we saw it, as it was tiny and old. We just went out and bought one, which we just left there. Housekeeping only comes if you are there over a week! And the bathroom didn't even have a trash can. Super yucky carrying out dirty personal items to the "kitchen." I've never stayed at such a poorly equipped hotel.

The location is the best thing about the hotel. The rooms have a stale odor and the rooms are falling apart. Not worth staying there!

Hi,this extended stay at parkmeadows dr is really good and cleanliness . better the previous branches that i stayed . staff is cery friendly and available 24/7

We picked this hotel for its proximity to our home and that they allowed pets. It seemed like a big up charge for the pets though - for our two small dogs it was $25 per dog per night. The hotel has very thin sheets and comforters. HDTVs but no HD channels so service was grainy. Breakfast - 3 types of pre-packaged muffins, 2 types of granola bars, 5 apples and an orange. Only recommend if you need a hotel that takes pets.
