Not clean, not maintained, will never ever stay here

The Hotel was extremely dirty. The chairs were covered in paint or puke. In addition, we asked them 3x if we could have pots. They said they were out and would bring it to us the next day. After 2 consecutive days of asking, they still did not keep their word and bring it to our room.

OH my gosh i had a bad experience...my flight was delayed and I did not get to the hotel until after 1 am. The person who answer phone to check me in sounded upset and not friendly then she put me in a smoking room that smelled so bad that I could not sleep all night and I had a convention at 8 am. The friedge in the room made so much noise that I was not able to fall sleep.

Even though I was in nonsmoking room, smoke from other rooms infiltrated multiple times during night. That made for bad experience but staff was very friendly and nice. Room had mini kitchen but no plates or utensils.

The hotel was well taken care of and has a friendly staff. It was in a very convenient location right in the middle of the Denver area.

The staff in the lobby were very welcoming and the room wasn't too worn out - a bit stuffy, airwise. The television didn't turn on when I got back at the end of my second day, but that was easily remedied by plugging it into another outlet. The kitchenette was clean, as was the bathroom. Only bad things were some of the other ppl staying there. One man smoked outside my room so I couldn't open the windows to air the room out and a couple next door had no problem with having their trashy daylight yelling matches with the door/window open for extra noise. Still, the place was quiet at night and for a short stay the location proved convenient.

I got a smokers room where you barely can breath. the room was not cleaned next day. i will never go back to this hotel.

Not great. Should have stayed elsewhere. Uncomfortable.

Very noisy. Non-smoking room had bedding with cigarette burn holes. Had to place bath towel at bottom of door to keep cold air out.

Room was clean and adequate, staff friendly and helpful, kitchen was not stocked at all, you had to ask the front desk for everything. Outside grounds were absolutely awful, elevator was not cleaned at all during my stay nor the sidewalks leading to elevator. Management was made aware of my concern and stated they have been looking for maintenance employee since June 24. If you need a job go here they need the help

The staff wasn't rude but wasn't exactly the friendliest person. She was quick with the check in. The room was clean but it could have used a few minor touch up repairs. The bed however was not very comfortable. Overall I would stay there again with out question.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It is across the street from Old Chicago, close to Walmart and Costco. A coffee pot would have been nice to have in the room; however, we could have gotten one from the front desk. The bathroom had bars of soap but there was no shampoo. I would recommend this hotel to someone else!

Overall terrible. Was looking for an inexpensive but nice and safe hotel. Did not have what we reserved. Then made it happen. Room had been remodeled, clean. Everything worked. Curtains falling off wall. Fixable next day. Not acceptable. Desk clerk and a lady fixed them. I did talk to the staff at checkout. Very helpful and apologetic. Did not feel safe at this location.

I actually thought the room was clean and comfortable enough. I was disappointed not to see a coffee maker in the room. Also, there is a mini kitchen but not a plate, cup, or spoon to be found. Why have a kitchen if not a single utensil or paper plate is to be found? For the price I would have expected at least a coffee maker. A little disappointed.

The rooms were clean. But the smell of cigarette smoke was awfull. It was a non smoking room. Don't know where the smell was coming from. My daughter stayed on the other side and said her room was the same. Will not stay there again.

Had to stop here for a night during a 24 hour road trip. The staff was really friendly and the hotel was located just outside Denver. Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. The bathroom door in my room did not work and there was a strong odor of Marijuana that was not pleasant.

Won't stay at an extended stay type hotel again! This was my second attempt, and again the "nonsmoking" room reaked of smoke. Very sketchy clientele, including domestic disputes going on around us.... The room was not well appointed. It was misssing some key amenities such as a blow dryer, and the TV was quite old. We made appoint to stay away from the room except to sleep. Did not have a pleasant stay.

Good that they supplied a refridge, microwave, dishes, stove.....but the microwave didn't work, and the wall receptacle for the clock and bedside lamp didn't work. Furniture was ratty, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Staff let me check in in the a.m., well before the designated 3 p.m. checkin time. Room A/C, with guest controls, was welcome on several hot days. Great, though simple, accommodations for a great price. Perfect for an inexpensive getaway.

The staff at check-in were very accomodating/nice allowing us to check-in early. The room was shabby in appearance but had all the necessities. The couch was worn and uncomfortable, the TV was very small. We didn't use the kitchen area and the bath was okay though it only had two small bars of soap. Not a great night out but it fit our need for the evening.
