Dirty room. There was a small fresh blood spot on the bed sheet. Was it even cleaned?

My experience at this hotel was great. I would love to stay there again.

Kids running around my door until 1130pm. No cold water. Broken drawer in kitchen. Light bulb burned out in bedroom lamp. Management slow to react. Facility had very low rent feel.

Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Burns on blankets. Sheets had clumps of hair on them

The room is a nice size, walls are missing paint. Hotel staff is shady at best. There are alot of lights that do not work and the tv / cable only has 20 channels at most. Basic,budget,...I guess

I got the only room left, heater broken water leaking in tub shoes and trash under the bed. Staff tried to talk me out of staying because of the broken heater. Turned on the stove elements to heat the room asked for an extra blanket took a hot bath. Was not that bad.

We reserved 2 rooms and between the 2 we were given 1 partially cleaned room and one unclean room. Neither had been vacuumed, one had no light bulbs or TP, dirty tub and sinks, no hot water in the shower. When we brought this to the attention of Nicole (I think) in the front office, she did her best to improve the cleanliness and was professional and helpful. This place didn't live up to the standards I expect from an Extended Stay facility and I will hesitate to book with them again.

The hotel was cozy . I liked the wood floors and the room was very clean. Lady who checked me in was very nice .

The hotel as a whole was great.. Other than a half eaten cheeseburger under the bed that had been there for a while, and I say that because it a rock! Other than that I have no complaints..

I hate to give a bad review because the staff was really nice, but the hotel was below par. Check-in was fine but the room was really smelly. It smelled like a wet pet resided there for awhile and that there was a smoker. The room smelled damp. They definitely needed to air it out. The bed felt like plastic- kinda like the bed they give you at a camp. The carpet also looked dirty. I'm really not picky and pretty low maintenance. I feel like I have to review to give other folks a heads up. I wish I would have forked an extra $10 to $20 and stayed at a couple of other nearby hotels. The smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep. I tried to put the pillow on my nose to block the smell but it also smelled damp.

The room was not clean had to switch rooms got to the next room had nothing very disappointing....

The room did not have anything to cook or eat with an was a bit dirty

Average hotel cigarette smell was very bad rat trap under the sink kiten sink was clogged when running the water

Very dirty with staff that didn't care. When telling them about the room, they said sorry there was nothing they could do.

First of all, this hotel is no longer called the Homestead. After much difficulty trying to find it, I found that the name had been changed to Extended Stay approximately one year ago! The computer was not working when I got there and my reservation that was confirmed a week prior could not be accessed. The clerk gave me a room key while he tried to fix the problem. I was not able to find my actual room as there were no signs and the numbers on the room doors were so small they couldn't be seen from the road. When I got out of my car there were women screaming across the parking lot at their children and at each other. Every other word was the f word . I returned to the desk and told the clerk that I wouldn't be staying and asked me to describe the guests that were disrupting the hotel and he did go out and try and get these people out of the parking lot. Note to any families, that there were very shady people there with Do Not Disturb signs practically on every door at 4 pm. I did not feel safe there and wanted to pass that along to any other travelers. I do want to say that the desk clerk was sweet and tried to get to the bottom of the behavior of the other guests and seemed disappointed that the situation occurred.

The rooms are old, but it was overall clean. I just needed a place to sleep for a night, and it worked well for my purposes. I didn't have any problems. If you're looking for a place with a kitchen - it had a large fridge, eating area, stove, coffee pot, cupboards with a few dishes.

I was comfortable in my room in Aurora, Colorado. It included a microwave, refrigerator, small comfy chair, and mini stove top for cooking. The location was quiet with no road noise at night.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It is a great deal for the money, location is convenient, the room has all the main things expected out of a hotel. But it seems like management needs to invest some money into remodeling and replacing broken and beat up things, missing silverware, alarm clocks, door handles and locks, etc. Seems like none of that has been done over the past 3 years.

We were just passing through. We got there late around 11pm and it was hard to determine where the office was. The room they sent us to first scared me because when I opened the door it appeared someone may have just left. One side of the bed was turned down and as I walked farther inside I could see towels laying on the bathroom floor. I left immediately and we were directed to another room. It was clean and neat but not inviting at all. The bed, I believe was a box spring on top of a box spring. The floor might have been better for sleeping on. Eveytime I turned or rolled over I could hear the wood in the frame squeeking and creaking. This was not a place I would ever go to again.

Dirty room, outdated, thin walls, squeaky bed, moldy shower, broken dead bolt, wrinkled sheets.
