Super convenient from the airport (we had a layover from 11:45pm until 11:45am), great breakfast (nice variety, good quality and minimal plastic materials), and the pool, fitness room and jacuzzi were a nice bonus.
Overall a great stay. However, the pool was closed the morning of our check-out, and for a while no one seemed willing or able to let us know when it would open. However, once it did the front desk lady called us. I really appreciate that.

Showed up and only a guard was at front desk, waited about 15 mins before an employee dame to check us in, no apology for wait or even an explanation. Went back to car to get bags and some man appeared to be having an overdose literally flipping g and screaming out of control in lobby, and at that point guard was still behind desk, weird! There was blood under my counter on the sink and I hate to complain. Because I used to love Embassy Suites, literally has been my favorite hotel, but not this one, ouch it was a dumpster fire and I was only there for 6 hours at spent 5:45 in my room…
We found dirty dishes outside our room door from previous guests. Bathroom door broken and unhinged. Phone and alarm clock in room disconnected and tons of tangled cables hanging from them. When told to front desk they didn’t do anything about all of the above. The only good things were the good service of waitress at the restaurant, the convenience of the early breakfast and the proximity to airport. But We won’t stay there again.

This was the 3rd time I stayed at this property. Every time, the rooms are not clean. All 3 stays, the chairs in the table were visibly filthy. Also, this stay the toilet seat has blood on it. It appeared to be from a tampon. Fortunately, with COVID I now travel with disinfecting wipes. This is all very unfortunate because it’s such a convenient place to stay when traveling. Most of the staff was frequently and helpful.
