Close to airport and less expensive than others but ... room not clean! Lots of dust on lamps, long black hair in tub and on coffee counter (not mine!). VERY stained carpet - room and halls. While they are under construction/remodeling in common areas, that's no excuse for an not-very-clean-room. Remote did not work - got new batteries - still didn't work.

Stayed at this hotel specifically to have a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle only takes 6 at time and only choice left was 4:30 am or after our flight. Paid for Uber to get to the airport. No soda, water etc provided and no vending...had to walk across the street to a gas station. Need a Kleenex and guess what...not even a Kleenex in the room. Breakfast provided but only after 6 am which was too late to eat and cab to the airport. Overall...an expensive waste of money.

Well used hotel... needs a full refresh. Hardware falling off the walls, dirty walls need paint, drains flow slowly, etc...

Orbitz poorly communicated with my hotel so I was almost thrown out the first night when I was to be scheduled for two nights. Staff has little to no information about the rail and bus schedules which is poor considering there is a bus stop 100 feet away and the rail station is a five minute drive down the road.

Room was dingy and dirty. Felt like it wasn't clean or hadn't been updated in many many years. Would not reccomend.

Everything was fine, other than my room experienced a lot of elevator noise, which was frustrating. If I were to stay there again, I'd request to not be near the elevator.

Overall great for the convenience of staying close to the airport the night before a flight out of DIA. Clean, comfortable and generally adequate. However, the bathrooms left something to be desired. No non-slip in bathtub and no fan, small towels and shower head broken.

Convenient shuttle and good service. After check in to a room on the third floor, Desk clerk advised the elevator was not working. Said parts were being shipped and had no idea when would be working. Made no attempt to help Seniors and Disabled people with their luggage to their rooms. Elevator has been broken for more than one day. Should have had some one available to assist people to get their luggage to their rooms. Poor customer service and concern by staff and management.

Made reservations on 04/06/17 for a room with 2 queen size beds, Called 06/27/17 to confirm they said everything was set. Arrived 07/01/17 was told they did not have a room with 2 Queen size beds. Lady at front desk never apologized or anything. Was given a room with a king size bed. I had to sleep on a couch my husband on a roll away. The door to room stuck, the closet door did not shut, and the bathroom fan did not work. In the morning when i complained to the young man at the desk who was very nice said that the manager was the one who said thy could not accommodate us with that room. The young man did give us a discount. I am just furious because this room was reserved for almost 3 months and the first lady never apologized. It was a terrible way to end a perfect vacation.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast not exceptional but adequate.

There was no parking left at the hotel. We had to pay for overnight parking near by. Did not get two queen beds as requested. 1 king instead. The only thing that did work out was the shuttle to the airport.

The,issued room door keys failed at times. The batroom sink was stopped up, so I asked For a plunger. None was to be had. The person that checked us in had the personality of a pet rock. The shuttle to the airport worked well.

Rooms are ok if your just sleeping. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. need to have coffee available in the evening. Hotel room carpets need to be cleaned....Feels dirty on your feet when walking around room. Close to airport is why we stay there!!

The hotel has no vending machines and is under construction in certain areas. Overall it was an OK stay it wasn't disgusting or anything like that it just lacked a lot of things.

Temperature controls don't work and very thin, worn out bedding.

Hot tub was out of service. Inside pool was dirty and very cold When I asked them by phone I was told they had a heated pool and hot bub

Noise right through the night over my head Worst breakfast ever. No Gym. No vending machine One to ten I'm rating this hotel Cero no bueno, no, bueno

Horrible! Poor customer service, room was dirty, had to clean the infant crib myself and change the sheets because they were stained and dirty. Floor dirty - needed to be vacuumed. Bathroom was dirty.

The room was amazing we were given 325 although the room had some water stains they didn't not smell or stink. Our room had a jacuzzi in it although we did not get to use it the room was overall amazing for a layover or even for a couple of nights stay. What I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of customer service. We had to rent a car because no one was answering at the hotel front desk. We needed to be picked up from the airport and no one was picking up the phone so we had to rent a car which was an inconvenience.

If you don't need fancy and want just clean cheap before a flight this hotel is good. Hot tub empty and pool dirty and not much of a breakfast. But like I said, just a room to catch an early flight this was a good deal. $80 total.
