Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast not exceptional but adequate.

There was no parking left at the hotel. We had to pay for overnight parking near by. Did not get two queen beds as requested. 1 king instead. The only thing that did work out was the shuttle to the airport.

The,issued room door keys failed at times. The batroom sink was stopped up, so I asked For a plunger. None was to be had. The person that checked us in had the personality of a pet rock. The shuttle to the airport worked well.

Rooms are ok if your just sleeping. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. need to have coffee available in the evening. Hotel room carpets need to be cleaned....Feels dirty on your feet when walking around room. Close to airport is why we stay there!!

The hotel has no vending machines and is under construction in certain areas. Overall it was an OK stay it wasn't disgusting or anything like that it just lacked a lot of things.

Temperature controls don't work and very thin, worn out bedding.

Hot tub was out of service. Inside pool was dirty and very cold When I asked them by phone I was told they had a heated pool and hot bub

Noise right through the night over my head Worst breakfast ever. No Gym. No vending machine One to ten I'm rating this hotel Cero no bueno, no, bueno

Horrible! Poor customer service, room was dirty, had to clean the infant crib myself and change the sheets because they were stained and dirty. Floor dirty - needed to be vacuumed. Bathroom was dirty.

The room was amazing we were given 325 although the room had some water stains they didn't not smell or stink. Our room had a jacuzzi in it although we did not get to use it the room was overall amazing for a layover or even for a couple of nights stay. What I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of customer service. We had to rent a car because no one was answering at the hotel front desk. We needed to be picked up from the airport and no one was picking up the phone so we had to rent a car which was an inconvenience.

If you don't need fancy and want just clean cheap before a flight this hotel is good. Hot tub empty and pool dirty and not much of a breakfast. But like I said, just a room to catch an early flight this was a good deal. $80 total.

The reason we booked this hotel is the free parking and free shuttle to the airport. The parking was completely full and the shuttle was also full so we needed to leave the hotel an hour earlier. The staff was rude and the rooms were clean but very basic and not inviting whatsoever.

It took about 30 minutes to check in to this hotel. During a peak time, when the hotel was fully booked, there was only one staff member to handle checkins, help guests, etc. The "free" shuttle was booked hours out. Every parking spot was full so we had to park on the street and drag our luggage in. I felt so bad for the woman behind the desk as she was so incredibly overwhelmed! This hotel is so poorly run and needs a major overhaul. It wasn't worth the lower price tag as even THAT was too much.

Stranded at the Denver airport, I needed to find the cheapest hotel that included a free airport shuttle. This place worked fine.

Not a high end hotel. It it was definitely better than I expected for such an affordable cost.

Nice place close to DIA Good parking, clean and everything in good order.

Needed a place to sleep near the airport. Everything was good besides the random long hairs I found on my sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. They have a wonderful airport shuttle and a computer to print boarding passes.

Hotel, staff, and room were great. Short shuttle ride to airport. Only inconvenience was internet was down.

I was told at the time I made reservations there would be NO fees for the airport shuttle, but was charges $8.00/day when I check in. I will NOT stay there again.

There was no place to park. The parking lot for the hotel was very small. I had to park in the adjacent hotel's parking lot. The light over the bathroom counter for the sink and the Mirror was not working. I had to get ready to go the the airport with no lighting at all. Otherwise it was fine. The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. Continental breakfast at 6 was ok as well.
