Do NOT recommend! Was charged twice for one night stay and couldn't get a refund for three days! Stay away! Staff is very incompetent and seem to cause more problems than fixing them. Staff said beware that fights usually occur daily.

Really an extended stay hotel. Had to ask for bath towels, no plastic cups, room furnishing very sparse, lighting not good. Bed firm but slept well. Outside appearance bad (rusting).

Cheap, but don't expect much. Not the cleanest but not the worst I've ever seen. AC was cold!

If Orbitz indicated a pay-per-hour rate for this hotel it would have been an accurate indicator, and would have helped me avoid this disaster. We arrived at 10:30pm, and were assigned room 319. Upon entry to room, recognition of immediate problems: 1. AC fan was on high, room at 60-degrees, a 6-ft by 10-ft area in front of AC was water-flooded. 2. Cooktop range fan was also on high to assist(?) with air-drying carpeting (?) 3. Toilet flapper not functioning correctly and water filling of tank was extremely noisy -- later just turned off water supply to stop noise. 4. Only 1 bath-, hand-, and washcloth-towel in room for 2 people to share 5. Some lamps were non-functional Within 2 minutes I returned to front-desk to request a different room assignment, greeted by a locked lobby door. They unlocked and let me in, but then feebly apologized and indicated that they were sold out and that was the only room available, but there were only 5-6 cars in parking lot for hotel with 60 (?) rooms. I was already nursing a headache and nausea, and unwilling to battle with additional hassles, so slept in the room overnight. In the morning, with better lighting, noticed that exterior of 3rd floor was equally bad -- dirt and grime on door and balcony, hustled to just leave. Noticed a Hooters restaurant in adjacent parking lot. Yes, more accurately rated as a per-hour hotel.

Very big room, cheap rates, not so kept up property. Also does not look like pictures.

Hotel is located next to Hooters. No other restaurants are nearby. Building is very old and not remodeled. Outside of building was filthy. Inside room was broken down looking, but spotless. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice.

The room was dirty - had to pick up garbage off the floor. There is no TV in the bedroom and the TV remote had no batteries; many of the channels did not work. The bed was hard with a very thin blanket and two pillows on a king size. Room advertised no smoking but stank like smoke.

For my purposes this hotel was in the best location and the best price. There are basic amenities. It was adequate for my needs.

Cheap rates, good location. I've been here before and it has been better. Room smelled something fierce!! Otherwise clean room.

The grounds were littered with cigarette buts and other trash. No coffee pot in room. Changed rooms once because former occupant was a smoker. No couch. No hair dryer. No ironing board. Bathroom fan very noisy.

To start off the hotel looks much better from the front than It actually is. Not much of a hotel considering families lived there. Staff needs to be trained right. I walked into my hotel incredibly dissatisfied but figured for the price it would do. That night we ended up staying the night with a friend and when we returned Saturday showered and left again. When we returned our room had been sold to another couple. Manager stated because our things were not in the room they had the right to sell it. Even though I had booked the room till Monday. He than proceeded to kick is out of the room. Worst hotel and even worse staff.

The staff was not very friendly. They weren't rude but it was as if they had better stuff to do than there job. (Being friendly welcoming helpful) I had to wait over 30 minutes before I could get checked in. Some kind of closing day procedure which I can understand the need to do but one that not only needs to happen to early in the night but also takes longer than any closing procedure that I have ever had to do. The parking lot was a wreck. Pot holes trash utility vehicles just parked anywhere not in parking spot. Walkways where in horrible repair. No lighting in parking lot. I haven't even started with the room yet. Which was even worse. Carpet was sticky filthy and needed to be replace like 10 years ago. Dirty disgusting walls with hole all over them. Lots of room but everything was dirty bad repair or didn't work. This had a kitchenette which should have had a few items cups plates etc but after checking the associate said that if I had a need for them that I would have to wait till morning because she had other things she had to do even though when running a hotel the main priority should be the comfort of the guest. The toilet didn't work. The beds were hard and sheets were dirty. I slept on the broken reclining chair. Had there been another vacant hotel even remotely close I would have never stayed there. The only thing I liked about the stay was when I left.

No ice machine and not the cleanest rooms, but what do you expect for $60?!? Would recommend!

This hotel should be leveled. It was so nasty we couldn't even walk in the room. It smells like they used some kind of chemicals to mast whatever smelled really bad in there. Bud bug was found on the mattress and box spring. And the box spring underliner was hanging on the floor and all torn up. Dirty carpets and chairs were stained with something. Blood or feces. Took a pillow case off and there was sweat and drool stains on them. Ended up talking with a supervisor and getting a refund, but then I had to search for a hotel. Ended up spending $200.00 more for another hotel. Should not have been on website to choose for a vacation package. BEWARE!!!!!!

The hotel is fine, it is not something surprising but for the price I paid is ok.

Sometimes a room can be in such condition that even $50 is too much. Stained carpet, damaged towel rods, wall and door patches where the paint does not even match, torn matress cover, badly scuffed wood trim, mediocre A/C and the exterior walkways were simply gross. I go to this part of Denver 2-3 times a year , every year and will never stay here again. I prepaid or would have left after first night. BTW The above description is of the second room I had, the first was a good bit worse and I asked to change.

Requested non-smoking, pretty sure I got smoking. I saw ash trays outside the door, but place smelled like cigarettes inside. Not a lot of fun lugging my snowboard stuff up to 3rd floor either. Pets allowed. Sandwiched between neighborhood and restaurant, but most of noise was between walls. You could hear every word of your neighboring rooms' conversations. Saw one person living in their car (parking lot). Kitchen (sink/refrig/stove/mwave was nice. Elevator somewhere. Never found ice machine, breakfast. Not much of a lobby. No soap, shampoo, etc. Some electric sockets did not work. Did not try Internet access. Didn't pay for or expect a 5 star hotel, but I can definitely get better value than this.

After 2 nites found lots of bedbug bites on upper left arm. Staff was sorry but they had no other rooms - so I could stay in that bug infested room or go. No manager or asst manager on site Fri aft 21st. So I left. I begged the Staff person to let management know. I came back on Sat & talked to manager (who knew nothing of my leaving) and suggested they get exterminator. I do not feel obligated to pay for more than 2 nites.

I checked in to find pillows without linens. What linens that were on the bed were dirty with some yellow, encrusted stains. When I informed the staff they said that management said they were sorry and looked at me as if I needed to inform them further on how to go about giving me clean linens to sleep on. The staff was a joke, highly unprofessional, and had no sense of urgency for their guests. I would only recommend this establishment for those only planning on staying short amounts of time that have brought sleeping bags with them. I will not stay here again.

Though the staff was friendly, the place was a dump. There were cigarette burns on the tables, counters, carpet, and bedspread. I had also asked for a non-smoking room, mind you, and it smelled as though they just doused the room in febreze. The bathroom was dirty, there was grime and hair caked in the corners. On the up side, towels and sheets were clean. I don't think it is worth saving a couple of extra bucks, unless you can get over the above mentioned filth/maintenance issues.
