This is the most unsafe I have ever felt at a hotel and I have stayed at ones way cheaper than this. We were there 3 hours and didn’t feel safe to walk out of the place with our stuff still in the room let alone go out and enjoy the city. They are affiliated with Extended Stay so there are people who pretty much camp out there and do shady stuff all the time. There was a couple that walked by our room several times with hoodies on covering their faces and wouldn’t make eye contact. They kept coming outside of their room and looking at us clearly scoping it out to rob us. When we notified hotel staff they did nothing. All of the doors looked like they have been tampered with and our keycard kept deactivating for our room door but would work for the other external doors. When we first got there we went to our room and there was a woman in it and said that four other people had tried to get into that same room. The hotel staff did not show that she was in the room that she had paid for. There was practically nothing of use in the room including cups or an ice bucket. A staff member was very weird and kept going into people’s rooms, the same people that were being shady. When we got too stressed to even be there we went and asked for a full refund and they were $53 short of the total I paid for the room. The last straw of this shady place was once I received the refund I left the office with my key still in hand and it worked on every door still including my room. Contacting BBB

I had booked this hotel & get a confirmation that my room has been booked. When I went there @10 at night with my baby & wife they said they are over booked and can't give me a room. I told that I have booked it, they said its through third party so we don't know. NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS HOTEL

When I pulled back my blanket to go to bed I noticed a chunk of dirt about the size of a dime. I was disgusted and talked to the front desk person. She went back and spoke with her manager who decided they could refund me $10 off my 2 night stay but I would have to go thru Orbitz to get it. Really? The most important aspect of staying at a hotel is a clean bed. Management should have comped my stay. Period. The lack of care for my poor experience was absolutely underwhelming. Also, the room didn't smell fresh and there were two police cars in front of the hotel the first day. Bad experience!

My friends and I had a terrible stay at the Crossland Cherry Creek location. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we arrived to check in, the individuals in line before us had booked a room with double beds, but the receptionist said they had no double bed rooms available so they gave them two rooms with a full size bed to accommodate them. My reservation was also for a room with double bed so we were worried when we heard there were no doubles available, but when the group before us was accommodated we felt more at ease when it was our turn to check in. Long story short, the lady did not accommodate for us and we had to sleep 3 adults in one full size bed. They wouldn't even offer us a pull out couch or extra mattress. They blamed Orbitz and said that they're only required to give us a room, but the lay out we choose doesn't matter when it comes down to it. The fact that they accommodated for the group before us though was flat out disrespectful.

Not as bad as I expected from other reviews, but not that great. No pots or pans available. Staff was pretty friendly. If you're on a budget it is an alright place to stay.

Very good experience. We were looking for an apartment so kept adding on a few days, and this sight was perfect for our search...affordable, convenient, motel staff were very helpful and friendly, quiet location, walking distance to grocery and a park.

Where do I begin?? Reservations were made for a week ..in advance...told us upon arrival hotel had not been paid for even though I had an emailed receipt from Orbitz..had to switch rooms because the water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold...very unhospitable staff..took 3 days to get an extra pillow..no phone or garbage can or coffee maker in room..could hear a drip in the ceiling every night..very noisy hallways...maintenence barged in twice to check the fire alarm..had to get new keys for the room almost every day...and we were barely there!!!! Extremley displeased!!!

Exclent experience. Booked a room on the road from Texas and was ready for me when I got there. Friendly staff! I would stay agin.

The staff is great, the rooms are just what we needed. They are clean and the staff really is on top of things! Keep up the great work!

The service at the front desk was very unprofessional. You could hear yelling going on in the back office. There was only one woman at the front to help a long line of people and it seemed like she was very overwhelmed. The elevator was disgusting; trash was on the floor and buttons were missing. I had problems with my key, but once I was in the room, I was surprised by how dated it was. There was a bar of soap in the toilet? Like in a wrapper and everything- but the wrapper had partly dissolved. The toilet wouldn't flush. The shower had hair in it and mold around the edges. This hotel was gross and I had to leave.

Smells of cat urine, broke locks, broken lights, dirty, sketchy

Overbooked their rooms and would not honor our reservation. Had to look for a new place at 1 am in the morning. Watched at least 6 others go through the same situation.

Someone shouldve paid me to stay there. Someone shouldve paid me to stay there.

The most shocking lodging ever. Trash on the stairwells, no soap, no such room as non-smoking, filthy/stained carpets and linen. I would not allow this establishment to be able to be promoted on a booking web-site. Picture is very misleading. It is not a picture of the actual facility. Poorly operated facility. Attracts culture element not conducive to professional or safe family environment.

No toilet paper no towels. Trash and other stuff left behind from last person. Strong smoke smell in non smoking room. Two fitted sheets so nothing between you and a filthy comforter. No elevator. AC poor. Tv a joke. Thought I'd booked extended stay America so felt tricked. Would have left like so many others but no rooms in all of Denver. Horrible experience

I did not enjoy. Really depressing and dirty Dirty. Did not like it

I arrived at the hotel just before midnight. Lobby was locked with a telephone callbox outside. I called the night staff. They wanted me to confirm my name was on the guest roster before they opened the lobby. Initially, they said I was not a guest. I assured them I was and offered my confirmation number. The staff opened the lobby and fired up their computers. They could not find a reservation under my name. Once they looked under Orbitz, they found the reservation but informed me that they had zero rooms available. What? How do you have a reservation but no rooms? It took over two hours for Orbitz to confirm with the hotel that they had zero rooms available and to find me and my family an alternate place to stay for the night. Did Orbitz upgrade my hotel....NO.

When I arrived, I was told my reservation wasn't in the system. I had the email from Orbitz with the reservation number. As it turns out, another front desk clerk had already taken my reservation and assigned me to a room. After finally checking in, I got my key and went to my room and the housekeeping staff was still cleaning it. It was almost 4pm (check in was at 3pm). The housekeeper asked if I could wait outside, which I did in the 97 degree heat. Within about ten minutes, she said she was done and I was able to go into the room. However, five minutes later she returned because she needed to change the trash cans (which still had the previous occupants garbage). She left again and within five minutes she was back because she had left her water bottle. I was in town to visit friends, and didn't get back to the room until after 2am the first night. To my surprise, neither of the two room card keys they provided worked. I used the 'emergency phone' next to the office to call the night attendant who brought me another key card. She informed me that they must have been too close to my cell phone which deactivates them. However, one of them was in my bag, nowhere close to my phone. Finally, on Sunday, the housekeeper came banging on the door just after 11am to tell me I was late for check out. However, I was scheduled to check on on Monday. There is a lack of communication at this place. It's run down and pretty dirty. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

i would stay here again people are friendly workers are helpful and courteous
