I was given 333 and someone was already there, they gave me 331 and it was dirty ( no sheets or pillows) they gave me 219 it was dirty and broken glass on floor at last I was told they only had 315 available, 315 was clean but it was missing tv, bath sink drain was taken apart and there were tools in the room, I stayed in that room, I didn’t leave because I was told I would have to wait for a refund that she couldn’t get me another room at the property or in another property, I have pictures of the last room, I didn’t take pictures of the first ones

The door to my room had previously been kicked in, and there was a crack between the door and the door jamb. The stairwell was filthy. There were dangerous-looking and rude people on the property.

When we got to hotel, they told us they don’t have any rooms left. We made reservation via Orbitz. They said we didn’t pay for it, even though Orbitz made reservation with our credit card and if we didn’t show up they would charge our credit card.

To dirty. Trash in hallway. Not comfortable.

The room was not clean; sheets were stained, no dishes (including glasses), no trash can on the room...

The room was infested with bedbugs so they switched us rooms and then the next rooms heater was in pieces on the floor and no shower curtain or soap or towels. There were no pillows on the bed and the floor was sticky. Inside the dresser drawer was left over food crumbs from the person before us! Wouldn't help me at all with refunding the room or even giving me a discount!

Locations and places around it. Not everything in the room was up to par. Plugs without covers on it. Broken knob on the A/C and heater unit. Unable to change the temp.

The location is great. However, the images portraying the interiors were extremely misleading and there were several unfortunate surprises. 1. There were insects in the bathroom. 2. The bathtub faucet did not shut off fully and was streaming water when I first entered the room through my entire stay. 3. The floors were not clean 4. There were holes in the top comforter 5. The bedside lamp did not have functioning wiring so bedside reading was impossible.

Good: Functionally everything worked: A/C, fridge, little kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The floor, sheets, and towels were clean. Bad: Room had a strong smell of smoke, the mattress was disappointing, everything looked run-down and super-cheap.

Bad location and lot of weed everywhere. The staff is not friendly

Room is dirty. Floor needs mopping and the walls are also dirty. Oiutside walking paths need to be pressure washed. Stairwells are dirty too

The property was in a great location. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. The property was not clean. There was blood on the sheets. The pillow cases looked dirty. Cabinets were not cleaned inside. Someone had left cigarette ashes and poop in the toilet. Very disgusting room.
