Place is a dump. Only one person working the desk. Room had toilet plugged and almost overflowing. When I called to get the toilet fixed, I was informed that I was welcomed to come down a get the plunger, since there is only one person there at this time. Dirty, run down, and scary atmosphere.

Comfortable clean room. But the corridors need some cleaning. Friendly staff.

Just old. Check in may take forever if you arrive from DIA on their shuttle.

Meh. I would recommend paying a few more dollars at another motel if you can afford it. Wood floor in the room was dirty. They clean between check-ins, not daily. Plastic pad under the sheets, not comfortable. Cheap price. Cheap quality. Friendly staff.

Hotel OK, clean, close to airport, great staff. No coffee in morning, but store close by. Lots of fast food close by, close to interstate.

I would like my money back. I opted not to stay the night. It wasn't safe.

Happy to have a mini kitchen, but the room only had two pillows, no blow dryer (never been to a hotel without one until this trip.) most of the staff was very friendly all the time. I did have a day where one of the staff members made me very uncomfortable when asking for extra pillows, which could have been a fluke or an off day for her, not sure. I chose this hotel because it was cheap and close to the airport. Overall I would stay here again, mostly because my focus was on seeing the sights and not so much where we were staying.

We stayed 4 days. After the second day. I went to the front desk and asked if the room could be cleaned. The lady at the desk said no. She said we had to change the sheets , throw out the trash, and sweep the room our selves. The only time they clean the room is after we check out. I would never stay there again. I do not recommend this place.

I feel the price was overrated for the condition of the room it wasn't no iron or ironing boards.. room kind of small...

Terrible. The room I stayed smelled like somebody just smoked there, although it was non-smoking one.

Thieves!! I noticed two nice dress shirts were missing, which were taken from my dresser, even after I asked not to have room service. Two ergonomic pillows were also missing. They said they were not responsible for leaving items in the room.

I wish Orbitz can have a link to see reviews on Google as well. I read soooo many bad reviews about this "hotel" after I was already checked out. First, there are no cups, coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner (not that I use them), no extra comforters, no extra pillows, no extra toilet paper, no Kleenex. You will have to bring all that from home. I have a neck problem, so I brought my two ergonomic pillows ($30 each), which were missing. I called the hotel, and said she will go & check. I called 2 hours later, and she said there was nothing in the room. When I get home, I also noticed that two of really cute and expensive shirts were missing too!! They cost me about $40 each!!! I was glad I was carrying my jewelry with me!!! I called the next day (today), and asked for the manager. The girl who answered me (Laurie Harris) told me that her manager was out until Wednesday (his name is Kevin Ripley),and if I know that the hotel was not responsible for anything left in the room. No lost&found. She became belligerent and told me she had nothing to do with that. This hotel has sooooo many bad reviews on Google!! Read those first, not the ones in their website. A laptop was stolen after key card was not working, same as me. So check your belongings if your key doesn't work. Took this "hotel" on Easter weekend. I wish I took more time searching the reviews!!

Inexpensive hotel, clean. I stayed to avoid possible highway shutdown due to blizzard conditions arriving. Was perfect for one night stay and close to airport.

It was horrid, dirty, dirt stained carpets bed was as hard as a rock and looked like it was from the 80's

It's not a ten but it's not the worst place I've stayed.

Would not recommend! This hotel is rated as a 2.3 on the website from a scale of 1-5. I feel this rating it too generous!

My first clue it would be bad is behind the office desk on the wall is says "we cooperate with law enforcement". Thought I was going to be renting by the hour. Room was dirty, grease on the carpet and chairs stained and bedspread torn and shabby.

I Recently visited the Crosslands Denver- Airport Aurora, and was pleasantly pleased. After arriving tired, and early in the morning, from Atlanta GA, I was expeditiously given a very nice room by the gentleman, Caesar. During my six day stay, there were no problems, and all the staff members were understanding, and accommodating. Kate was very professional, and knowledgeable.... When I return to Denver, I would love to stay at the Crosslands again.

This hotel appeared to be for transient workers. They hung out on balcony at night which made me a little nerviest. The room smelled bad, no cups in room had to a McD cup I had with me. Not all that close to the airport.

It was a just terrible. The worst place ever in my life
