Got to hotel and it looked like a war zone. Hotel had scaffolding all around the building and front lobby was closed. Had to enter thru end of hotel thru tunnel and lobby was in a make shift hotel room. Hotel staff made no mention of the construction and offered no "Pardon our Mess" . Elevator floor was covered in dirt. The worst part was that the hotel charged the full guest rate even thought it was under construction. If I hadn't pre-paid online I would have changed hotels.

Hotel was undergoing a major renovation (October 2017) I was not told this upon booking my reservation. It would have been nice to know this before arriving and being surprised with all the mess. Not positive, but I don't think their room rates reflected the inconvenience of a renovation.

Worst hotel experience ever. Wasn’t told hotel was under construction prior to booking. Dirty, smelly, and smokey.

There was nothing on the internet about this hotel being under construction. Everything was a mess.

No good at fist sight. I did not spend my night there with my family. I call Orbitz and I find an good agent that helps me to find other hotel veryl close.

Because the hotel was under renovation, getting into the building was difficult. One elevator was for construction workers only. Noise from renovation started about 8:00 am. Breakfast was minimal. It would have been helpful to know about the renovation before booking!

The construction made a mediocre place even worse. Also, they didn't have our reservation, which had been confirmed by Orbitz, so I spent 30 min on the phone in the parking lot at night sorting it out.

This more of an issue with both trip advisor and hotel. We were unaware of complete hotel renovation at the time of our booking. Construction workers hanging out by front lobby drinking beer and making bad impression.

Entire hotel is under construction. Would have been nice to know this when booking. Carpet in hotel was very dirty so understandable why they are renovating. Breakfast area was located in a guest room and very difficult to even move around with all the people. Probably should reduce the rate and notify someone when booking as to the current condition of the property. Box of ear plugs provided at check-in should have been an indication of noise level that we experienced during the night.

The rooms are clean, but the shuttle service was terrible (had to use Lyft instead), check-in lines are terrible and inefficient, internet did not really work, and the bed was pretty cold (super thin blanket).

The gentleman that check us in was so helpful! Checked in at 5:30 pm. Great hotel! Only complaint I had was I sure would have enjoyed a hot cup of coffee at 5:00am! Morning staff was not as helpful or kind as the afternoon shift!

Hotel is kind of old, but rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not a bad place to stay.

Called ahead to make sure they had a pool for our vacation and was told yes get there and it's closed down to be filled with concrete they said so not to pleased I wasted my money

Not all that convenient to airport, but it did have a free shuttle to Denver International. In process of rebranding/takeover. Perhaps that change will make a difference. AM coffee was ice-cold with no microwave to reheat. So much for "free breakfast."

This hotel was largely disappointing. My friend and I stayed for a week, and within that time, we had several lukewarm showers, not much of a breakfast if we showed up in the last third of the serving time, and two nights of a non-functioning TV remote which we was fixed only when we (the hotel guests) disconnected the cable and power at the instruction of the unconcerned front desk clerk. In fact, our main complaint was the relative indifference of the hotel staff to our issues--no apologies and no offers to assist us the way one might expect as a paying guest.

Disappointed with this stay, not up to standards of a typical Country Inn. Interior carpeting and furniture were showing their age. Sofa bed was broken and could not be used.

Hotel required just one night for an early checkout and flight. Was close to airport, close to restaurants. Easy stay.

The room was ok, couldn't get the account to turn down and the comforter was too heavy. Definitely wouldn't call it a continental breakfast but they did have hot pancakes, eggs and bacon which were ok, nothing special.

Nice clean basic rooms for a great price. Breakfast was better then other chains offerings. Will definitely return next time I need a one night close to airport stay in Denver! Close to a variety of restaurants as well that are open late.

After calling mid afternoon to advise I would be checking in late and told "No problem! You're all set" I arrived to find they had an issue with my card (which never should have been run anyway) and they had given my room up. On top of that, this room was booked MONTHS ago, no one told me there was ever an issue. Not even that afternoon when I called. In fact I was told the exact opposite. So imagine my surprise when I try to check in at 2am...Desk clerk barely spoke English so the communication to attempt to resolve the issue was moot. I am from NY. I understand the thickest of accents. Not with this guy. He was also insanely rude. Decided to call Hyatt House and stay there rather than wait 30 more minutes for him to run an audit he said would take 10 minutes. Pay the extra to stay somewhere else. Well worth it!
