Clean and very upscale

Clean hotel on the North side of Denver. It’s a short drive all over the city. The lobby was nicely kept and so were the rooms and hallways. They include a basic free breakfast. I was supposed to have a king bed, but instead got 2 queens. They forgot to supply the room with shampoo. If you have an inwards facing room, there is a pool that can be noisy during the day.

Excellent hotel for family that fits the budget

When we checked in from our 3 hour flight landing at 10:30pm, the first room was HORRIBLE. Literally trashed, clothes and booze/food everywhere. It smelled. I was in shock because this had never happened to me before. We went back downstairs (I’m livid at this point) and my fiancé talked because I couldn’t deal. He told them the condition of the room and the front desk guy said wow, I’m so sorry. Sometimes people sneak into the rooms, blah blah. A bit dismissive to me, as if it were our fault our room was trashed after we’d just paid $370 for 2 nights. Then gave us another room key. This room was a lot better, but the tv took until morning to work and it had continuous moths. Even after my fiancé killed 2 of them. Breakfast was eh. We just had coffee there, had food down the street. Overall I wasn’t happy and of course no refund. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

First room they put us in smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. They did move us to another room across the hall, but the door was broken so you had to lift it up by the handle to close it properly. Booking details/photo showed full kitchenette but our room did not have one, just a microwave and mini fridge. Pool was good and clean with adequate towels. Overall the property is pretty run down and right next to the highway.

The hotel was very clean and modern. They ladies at the front were mostly friendly. The keys to unlock our room wouldn’t work all the times so we would have to go down stairs to get them Programmed again. One of the ladies told my Mom “this is going to be the last time I program them”

The outdoor pool was nice but the location of the hotel was very industrial.

The price was probably the best part and the access to the highway...location wasn't bad but immediate surrounding was not ideal. Had to change rooms as the one we got smelled musty. Was given an "upgraded" room which was the one they show in their pictures with the refrigerator, sink and stove...so don't be fooled by the picture. This upgraded room's bathroom had a hole in the wall and a chipped bath tub and tiles. The refrigerator was dented and the front door had to be lifted and pulled in order to close it. The hallways were dark and gave the paint colors gave the place an outdated look/feel. The doors to the other rooms looked like someone used chemicals to clean stains off and looked discolored. Did not use the pool or gym but both looked OK and folks seemed to be enjoying them.

Do not stay here

They have done a good job refurbishing this hotel. I appreciate the hard floors in the room, which seems cleaner than carpet.

When I checked in I was sent to a room where the bathroom shower wouldn’t drain then I leave the hotel and come back to 10 cops outside due to a prostitution rink/ drug raid. I then ask the from desk lady what was happening and she offered me sex for 100.00

Super Short overnight stay but was great. Clean and friendly staff

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
