I never give negative reviews but we were pretty disappointed with this one. The bathroom had not been cleaned (hair everywhere). The hallway smelled like smoke. I went down to get linens for the sofa bed and the guy at the front desk was watching YouTube videos and laughing historically. Instead of pausing it, he let it play the whole time I was speaking to him. He told me that they were out of pillows and gave me sheets. When I got upstairs and unfolded the linens, it was a bottom sheet and 25 pillowcases. Needless to say I had to go back downstairs to get a full set of sheets and return all of the pillow cases. I know the price at this location is really high due to convenience of its close proximity to the airport but it’s a good $100 over priced for what you get.

The room was worn and hardly any lighting over the vanity. Just a cheap, worn out place to sleep. The staff was very nice. They have no control over how bad the rooms are. Not worth the price I paid.

The promptness of the shuttle was a great benefit. The bathtub needs a mat as it was a big slipping hazard.

Hotel was OK. The elevator didn't work which was fine for us but not sure how common that may be. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows are tiny so we had trouble sleeping. We literally stayed for just the night, arriving late and leaving early so not sure about breakfast or anything else.

Shuttle from the airport. Quick check-in. The woman at the front desk was nice and professional. The room was clean and felt clean. The bed was comfortable. Good. I would stay there again.

Room 121 was next to mechanical equipment, which was noisy all night

Our room had a terrible odor and it hit you as soon as you walked in by the sink. My husband said it was mold. It didn't smell by the living room and bed area. Also, our room was on the 2nd floor over the pool and there were loud children in there until after 10:00. We had to catch an early flight so it wasn't appreciated.

Front desk staff was great; friendly & welcoming. Rooms simple but nice & clean. Jacuzzi tub was a big bonus with our kids!

Checked in and one of our party had limited mobility and couldn't climb stairs. Elevator was having issues with the protective fire door and hotel staff would not place us on 1st floor because that was not the room we paid for through Orbitz. Checked out and went to another hotel.

Lobby needed attention....floor sticky. Other than that everything was acceptable

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff with shuttle service. Very nice of them to offer Grab and go bag since our flight was too early for breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Average hotel overpriced close to airport Shuttle service can be improved Breakfast can be better

This is a basic and convenient hotel. It was clean and the staff was very courteous. I would stay here again for convenience in getting to the airport.

Do yourself a favor and Please don't stay here! Even the shuttle service is terrible

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was full of delicious choices! Had a 2 day stay, and will definitely stay again.

Stayed twice, first floor much nicer room than second floor. Not enough towels for four, called front desk to request another and told they were out of towels. Breakfast was good, but not enough seating for all visitors. Shuttle is complimentaty, however you must sign up for a specific time the night before.

My husband and I were just there this past weekend and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel had the airport shuttle which was convenient and both drivers we had were very nice. Front desk staff was friendly as well as the breakfast staff. They had water and coffee available and two computers in the lobby for personal use. The room was a good size and had all the commodities listed. If we ever went back to Denver, we would definitely stay there again. (The indoor pool looked inviting )

The hotel is located a few miles from DIA, which is convenient if you have an early flight. They also have a shuttle, but I didn't use it. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was quick. I left before breakfast was served, so I can't comment on that. There were grab and go bags available, but I didn't take one. I would recommend the hotel if you're flying into out out of DIA. It's also on a street with several restaurants and other hotels.

Basic room with a very nice staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Breakfast opened early which was a bonus. Shuttle was a little late. Still made flight.

The best western itself was perfect for what I needed, a good night's sleep, and the breakfast was great too. However, getting there from DIA was not good. I waited almost an hour for the shuttle. Unbeknownst to me at the time, an elderly gentleman next to me was waiting for the same shuttle for the same amount of time; all the while I saw other hotel shuttles come and go as much as three times. When it first ally came it was already nearly full. We were packed like sardines. My right leg was pushed so tight against the wheel well I lost feeling in it. The next morning the shuttle to the airport was the same. By to.e it got to the best western there were only two seats left. A group of four had to wait untill the next shuttle. They need about four more shuttles making the rounds. Micki
