Sheets were wet upon arrival, not damp, but wet. Called front desk, stated that housekeeping puts damp sheets on bed so they don't look wrinkled. Had to go and get dry sheets from front desk. Second night, upon arriving back to hotel after a very long day, no housekeeping had been done. Beds were not maid, toiletries and towels were not replenished. Called the front desk. Had to go and get towelsa nd toiletries. Breakfast was poor.

Staff are lovely loved the comfy chairs in the stairwell nooks, nice and quiet!

No hot water. Fire alarm went off around 1am. Sketchy people around.

I liked this hotel but there is a few things that bugged me! The bathroom fan was so obnoxiously loud that we even hated turning it on at all but it was so dark you had to! I asked for towels twice once at night and then in the morning and they didn't have any each time. We had to use the pool towels! There was light that turned on the frist light then it turned on to the pull out couch area. We didn't like that because the kids were sleeping and it was waking them up and that was another reason we had to turn on that loud fan! It was ok other then those things! Prob go back but ask more questions!

Dispite being told we had a late check out the night before AND a Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door we were awoken at 8:30 in the morning by the housekeeping staff. When we went for a swim at about 10 we came back to find our key had been disabled and we were locked out of our room. Very inefecitent and poor communication among the staff. We checked out at noon but could not get a receipt showing how much we were charged since we did not book directly with the hotel.

My two adult sons and I stayed one night before heading to Summit county to ski: The room zith two doubles and a sofa bed was perfect. Breakfast was just what we needed

Only downside was pool was being maintenanced and when we went to get breakfast at 9:30 it was cold and almost gone so it needed to be made fresg, which she did. Cant complain.

No elevator is a problem. So is being right on the freeway on ramp (we missed the frontage road and had a 5 mile detour to try again). Also a little disconcerting when two hotel guests decided to have a yelling incident at breakfast. Not the hotel's fault but.... then we watched out our window as 10 police cars captured someone on the freeway at gunpoint. More excitement than i need at a hotel.

Vending machine was not working, staff told me I could go to hotel next door, was owned by same company!

Amazing breakfast, super clean room well maintained im totally coming back !

The lady who worked the front desk saw me walk she was outside and she stood out there smoking and walking around until I had to go get her to check in. The bathtub jets did not work and the tile in the restroom had black mold on them. I was so disappointed for the 160 you pay a night you expect to be in a nice comfortable clean room.

Front desk woman with nasty personality more willing to abuse position and be mean than provide helpful, friendly customer service.

Needed a clean place to sleep on west side of Denver. This hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, staff were great.

The hotel is conveniently located. But need some updating. Linens are old and worn out and the beds are old and uncomfortable.

Not bad for the money. Close to major attractions and breakfast is ok, for a buffet.

About what one would expect for a budget hotel, but certainly comfortable and convenient.

the motel was nice and quiet but hard to find { everything hard to find in co. to many signs] and getting in to it is really weird because of the road configuration .

Great hotel! Clean and has pet free rooms! Excellent breakfast! Great price!

Perfect. Everything was close by. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I checked out after 20 minutes of checking in. Very unsafe, no elevator and had to use the outdoor stairs to get to the second floor room. The rooms were very dirty and stains all over the furniture, I would never stay here!

Thank you for your response. We value all of our guests' feedback, both the positive feedback as well as the comments that give us an opportunity to improve. We just got new fans installed in our bathrooms so I apologize for how loud they are, and I would also like to apologize for the lack of towels we had available when you requested them and please rest assure that we will be looking into this issue to prevent this problem from happening again in the future. Although, I am pleased to know this didn't deter from enjoying your stay here and I'm happy to hear you would choose our hotel again in the future.

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience you may have felt. Our team aims to ensure that each of our guests is made to feel appreciated and that your requests are accommodated. Unfortunately, in this case we apparently missed our mark. We will address this issue with each of the members of our housekeeping and front desk team to ensure that we renew our focus upon better communication. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to demonstrate our sincere regard for guest satisfaction.
