Staff was great especially the gal taking care of the breakfast

Property needs a remodel.

Room was quite ok with comfortable beds and a bath. The weird part was deciding to have a bath and finding only two hand towels were supplied. When I checked reception, she actually said she had no more towels available. My shocked face probably got her to put some in the washer which we had to wait two hours for. The TV lost picture and sound constantly to which she said, “Oh, yes, that’s been happening for a while now”. Also fed up with hotels like this showing fitness/gym rooms on their site, with equipment or machines that look good but are actually broken or missing.

The room was very dirty. I don't know how this could of happened, but there was cookie crumbs all over our head board and when I looked up on the wall, it was like someone had thrown a cookie or muffin to the wall because it was all stuck. Didn't look like they owned a vacuum as the hallways were covered in dirt and trash. Bed cover had many stains. I typically don't write reviews but for what I paid, it was disgusting and others should not have to deal with it. I will not be back. I will say, the front staff was friendly.

Unsafe location

Property was dirty, there was blood on the sheets, and the room and hallway smelled like smoke. There were lots of people loitering around empty cars throughout the lot and throughout the hotel. We did not feel safe having our family stay the night at this property. Desk clerk was rude and stated these types of things happen in hotels.

Friendly, helpfull staff

This property was filthy. We changed our room three times. Everything from food in the pullout couch, air vents so dirty you couldn’t see thru them, Uncleaned bathtub, to the return vents on the bottom of the hot tub unscrewed and not on the return vents. Exit lights burnt out and the locking door to the pool area broken. When Orbitz called them to complain they denied all of it even though I have pictures and refused any compensation.

Friendly front desk staff. Had an accessible room as I asked for.

Pleasant check in. Had special room that I needed. Accessible. But only one bath towel. I need two for body and hair.

Price was good however the price also reflects limited breakfast that was not ready a 6:30 am as posted , room not ready, the poop area has not been kept up to good appearance, floors appear dirty.furniture showing much wear, pull out bed is horrible.

Was booked in a dirty room that smelled horrible of smoke. The room flooded from the ceiling and when we told staff, they moved us into another dirty room. Then not even 24 hours later after turning on the heat in our old room to 90 degrees to try and "dry" the room out they proceeded to try and put other guests into the recently flooded room. The area is not the greatest and when we arrived we were told by 2 police officers that alot of cars are stolen out of the parking lot and they get broken into all the time so to lock the vehicle and take in all valuables. Overall a really poor experience for a hotel that is only convenient to be next to red rocks.

Nothing stood out

Very warm welcoming.

Remodeling the hallway on the ground floor was visually unappealing. The continental breakfast was pointless with 3-4 total food options, all cold. Coffee was not good
