We had licorice on our floor and the toilet wasn't flush, and two of the pillow cases were dirty. Would not recommend staying here.

TV not working, door lock also not woking, 2 days in a row after complaining of no room service and only morning coffee for breakfast. Avoid the place. The did not applied a credit given to me , I'm disputing amount charged.

Very unclean, used towels all over hallways, trash as well. No elevator in the building. Stairwells very dirty was very disappointed

The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet atmosphere.

Everything was great EXCEPT no elevator. Multi story structure with no elevator? Really? Hauling luggage up stairs was not fun. Other than that, the stay was great!!

The front desk was unfriendly and felt rushed every time we dealt with them - which was too often because our key cards seemed to only open the door once each day.

The gentleman that ran the shuttle was totally AWESOME and acommading. Very grateful. Thank you

TV was broken, no shower curtain. Hotel and room smelled terrible.

Weight room was full of garbage, broken machines and was in disarray.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Overall cleanliness and upkeep was poor. Breakfast was disappointing quality.

Hotel was hard to find due to the frontage road situation. The accessibility was very hard to navigate due to being on a frontage road. Maid service was excellent!!!! Michelle (maid) was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Room was clean daily and to our liking. Free Wi-Fi??? NO!!! The Wi-Fi could not and did not connect during our stay. We spoke to front desk and was giving a password but was still not able to connect to internet. Shuttle to a concert was to expensive to use due to price per person. place had a picnic table that was a designated smoking area but other guest (non-smokers) used it and complained that we were smoking there. Front desk people had no knowledge of where to dine or good places to eat.
