    The Artisan Abode is a timeless home located in Denver's beautiful Sunnyside neighborhood, less than 2 miles from Downtown Denver and Coors Field. The quaint space is ideal for families or small groups of friends. We personally love the spacious backyard and unique structure of the home. The Artisan Abode is a two-story home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first level, guests will find the living room, dining area, one bedroom, kitchen, one bathroom and laundry area. The second and third bedrooms, as well as the second bathroom can be found upstairs. The second bedroom is a loft placed next to the third bedroom. The second bedroom features a twin bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. The space also includes a spacious backyard with a swing, dining area + grill, as well as a parking space. Interaction with Guests: My home is professionally managed by a property management company and will be available 24/7. The Neighborhood: One word comes to mind when you think of the Sunnyside neighborhood: revival. This once largely ignored neighborhood has captured the attention of Denver natives, tourists and new residents alike. This neighborhood is undergoing dramatic changes that is proving it to be full of unimaginable potential. A mix of familial community and budding commercial success, Sunnyside is the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Be sure to visit some of our favorite coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants which include Huckleberry Roasters, Factotum and Diebolt breweries, and Crush Pizza. Getting Around: For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go. Denver has an amazing public transportation system. The G-line is located down the street at 41st and Fox. If anyone is staying at the house, please let them know they can ride the G Line for free through May 11. One stop to Union Station or riding North to Arvada. The G-line light rail station is within a 3-minute walk, providing quick access to downtown, LoDo, RiNo, Union Station and all of the greater Denver metro area. For easy access from the airport, catch the A Line to Denver's iconic Union Station, transfer to the G Line for one stop and enjoy a brief walk to the house. To get to the station, head south from the home, turn left on 41st and you will see a bridge with elevator on the the right. The G line begins at Union Station in Denver and has eight stops, ending at Ward Road in Wheat Ridge. The stops include Pecos Junction, Clear Creek and Federal, 60th and Sheridan and Olde Town Arvada. The rail line operates between 4 am and 12:30 a.m. with 15 minute frequency during peak hours and 30-minute frequency during other periods. Other Things to Note: The A/C is a portable unit that is located in the upstairs bedroom. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • Check-in is anytime after 3PM
