The hotel is the Red Lion Inn. Its not maked yet so you just have to look for it. For the price, it was clean and the staff was nice. The pillows are a little hard...that was the only down side! Breakfast was from 6 to 9am, i think they should go till 10!
Nice hotel. Complementary breakfast and an AC system that works/runs when you want it to. Recommended!
We have stayed at the Red Lion three times, now. It fits very well into our flights in and out of Denver.
Staff was friendly and efficient, even with a ton of new bookings due to many flight cancellations. The manager really cares about customer service. Hot food for breakfast and very comfortable bedding and towels. I would stay here again.
Jose/Brian/Muhummad made my stay on a problem caused by Frontier airlines wonderful. I felt safe and had all of my quirky issues provided for me. I am a true hotel snob but needed to be near the airport for an early flight out the next morning - I arrived and called Muhummad was there in 10 minutes with a warm van........I had already bugged Jose regarding the room location and if i could be on the first floor [3 calls] and each time he was so warm friendly and accommodating. Brian was awesome for check in and arrival - I would stay here again ......... Red Lion you hire some top people. While i didn't stay for the breakfast it really looked good ...........i was just in need of coffee.........
Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. great place after a long flight!
Slow check in- had to wait over 2 hrs to get in a room.
This hotel is very clean, with friendly staff, and a generous (and tasty) continental breakfast.
We had someone in the room above us that was extremely noisy. We contacted the front desk and nothing was done. I also emailed the hotel when we arrived back home and the hotel didn't even respond to my email.
Nice shuttle service. Affordable parking. Comfortable room. Breakfast just average Super 8 fare.
Great comfort and an easy way to get to the airport.
I booked this hotel at the last minute via Orbitz. Due to a glitch in the Orbitz app, my room request was submitted twice. When I checked in to the hotel and found out that my name was booked to two king rooms, the front desk staff was helpful and canceled one room, even though they legally didn't have to. The breakfast starts very early at 5AM, which is helpful when you have an early flight. There is also a shuttle to the airport if you need one. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a safe. Next to the bed was an alarm clock with two extra plug-ins and two USB plug-ins for your devices. Parking at all the hotels in that area is horrible, but I would stay here again due to the reasonable price (compared to nearby hotels) and the proximity to the airport.
Beds were super comfy and water pressure was perfect in shower.
Nice hotel; close to Denver International Airport.
DONT DO IT* These people had the nerve to charge my card $160 after checkout without giving me a receipt, claiming it would be emailed, which never happened. Called to find out why and they said it was due to "DAMAGED SHEETS " and to call back to speak to the General Manager Christine. Called back and was told it was due to DAMAGED SHEETS AND HAIR DYE IN THE CARPET. LIES!!! Granted my hair had bled out a little bit from it getting done prior to travelling to the hotel. BUT THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I HAD DYE IN THERE CARPET AND THEY HAD TO GET A CLEANING CREW TO CLEAN IT UP. THEY TOOK THE INFORMATION I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE SHEETS AND FABRICATED A WHOLE STORY TO CHARGE MY CARD. THEN THE GENERAL MANAGER CHRISTINE HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND PROCEEDED TO HANG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE EVERY TIME I CALLED. I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY FRANCHISE OF THE RED LION INN AGAIN. THIS WAS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME. IVE GOTTEN MY HAIR DONE BEFORE EVERY VACATION IVE BEEN ON, AND HAVE HAD MY HAIR NATURALLY BLEED OUT A LITTLE ON SHEETS, WHICH WASHES OUT**** AND HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED AND TREATED THIS WAY. NEVER AGAIN. DONT DO IT! THERE ARE 10 OTHER HOTELS ON THE SAME BLOCK YOU CAN GO TO. WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO.
I have stayed at this hotel several times and left my car there while on business and then stayed when I returned. I was informed that they are now charging 8 dollars per day while your car is there. Also they have scrambled fox news I don't believe a hotel should be playing politics. I will not stay there again
Great location for airport, very good price. I arrived late, close to midnight, and so had trouble finding a place for my rental car in the hotel's parking lot. Friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded to a huge suite, with a hot tub. I only wish I could have stayed to enjoy it more, but I had a morning flight!
Every thing was fine except for the door to my room had been pryed open at one time and would barely lock! I could see out into the hallway with the door closed because of the gap!
Since we had an early morning flight out of Denver at the end of our week long vacation in Breckenridge, we decided to stay the night before at an airport hotel. I'm so glad we chose Red Lion!! As it happened my husband became very ill on our drive to Denver and I knew our check in time wasn't to be until 3PM. We arrived at the Red Lion at about noon and I explained to Christina that my had become sick with the flu and really needed to get into bed. She said she would check to see if they had a clean room. They did have and she was able to check us in early! Thank you so, so much. My husband went straight to bed and that is the definition of someone who is compassionate!!
Got the jacuzzi room and the tub was great, however, everything else about the room was bad. The room clearly had been smoked in, there were old french fries on the floor by the bed, the toilet sprayed water when it flushed, there was no water pressure in the shower and the room key didnt work two separate times requiring us to go back to the lobby to get new keys. The staff were nice, but the tub didn't balance out the rest of the issues.
