After 2nd day of stay i was told by the manager that "we dont change the bedding if you've stay over an additional day." I had to offer to change the bedding myself if i could please have clean linen. After it was handed to me clean pillowcases and the top coversheet and comforter were missing. The manager left the property without ever bringing them to the room.

Easy access off and on freeway close to gas station and eating places

The mattress was a spring style; it was noisy and in mediocre condition. The room beyond that was fine.

The property looked rundown and old i spent a little extra to be in a nicer room. there was $50 rooms i went with the $70 room, but i would of prefered the 50 cause that one was worth 30. Redroof inn looked nicer than daysinn and being that it's a wyndham daysinn i expected it to be a lot nicer than that. The lobby was burning up A/C was off or out luckily the one in our room worked. The lamp on the desk did not work it was just sitting there jut there was no plug to hook it up. The TV had a line through it. It seemed like it needs some TLC.

The outside of the hotel is plain Jane but I was pleasantly surprised with remodeled rooms and a good breakfast.

They gave us a room that was already occupied but fixed the issue quickly. One of the side doors didn’t close and lock properly so that was a safety concern and the elevator sounded as if it it was a bout to break down. Staff very friendly, room clean and comfortable.

hotel manager was filiming me using my smokeless ecig at the window, threatened to call the police, and demanded i leave at 8am. i have never been treated with such disrespect, i have told all my employees at dawson and my husbabands at u.n.t.denton.

I stayed for 5 different days and had to reserve rooms every other day i had a different room. The sink was not properly cleaned it had like dried yellow spit and the shower curtain had mud and buggers with blook like color. Then one of the room didn’t have an iron when i called the front dest to tell them i was missing an iron, i was told they would make a note of it and send me one to the room. Nether one of those things happened! Appon checkout i ask if they made a note it of the missing iron and as to why I never got one. She had no clue. Another night i got to the hotel checking in late got a room went to shower and had a dirty tub! I was upset that before I showered i had to rinse it because there’s was a lot of female hair stuck to the side wall like a big hair ball! Never again will i stay or tell friends to stay at this place. I wish i had taken photos but didn’t realize i would get a survey.

The room was fine but the heat did not work and the staff did not clean or make my bed.

Staff and facility were great, but to pay $25 to check in early to a room that was already ready seems ridiculous.

The pictures on the website are more than reality. The pool area and the pool were dirty. The breakfast area is small and they have one staff member during breakfast time working on the floor answering the phone, walk ins, and making sure the breakfast area was filled. I just think it is too much work for one person only. The poor ladies were running all the time and apologizing because they were not able to do everything at tge same time.

This is a true dump in every aspect. The walls are literally crumbling. It smelled like a dump. The rooms were filthy.

This days Inn is upgrading all the room amenities and utilities, Still has the best shower heads in the area and it is always clean with a welcoming, courteous, and helpful staff. Convenient access to the 35 freeway.

been staying here infrequently for a couple days at a time for the past year and they are in the process of making some fairly remarkable upgrades to the room décor and amenities making our stay much more pleasant. This trip has them replacing every air conditioning unit so it has a bit of an under construction feel but our new ac unit performed quite well and as I have written before, this days inn has the best shower heads on the 35. the shower alone is the reason I keep comin' back. breakfast is good too and the staff is always nice.

Nothing special for the high price. Breakfast was a total disappointment. The beds weren't very good.

Room smelled like urine, 2 out of the 3 towels were visibly dirty, iron didn't work. Poor customer service when I voiced my complaints. I had to go down and get my own towels and lady at desk came to my room and offered to spray her body spray on air filter for urine smell!!

While the beds are not the best they are good for the price. The real value is the clean rooms, newer TVs, and still the best water pressure in town. The breakfast is head and shoulders better than others with eggs sausage and waffles. Not luxury but a great stay for little dough.

Nice, accommodating staff. breakfast is better than other area hotels at the similar price. Newer large TVs make the cozy rooms even more of a deal, but the real gem is the water pressure and temperature control of the shower. Best in town.

The property looked rundown and old i spent a little extra to be in a nicer room. there was $50 rooms i went with the $70 room, but i would of prefered the 50 cause that one was worth 30. The lamp on the desk did not work it was just sitting there jut there was no plug to hook it up. The TV had a line through it. It seemed like it needs some TLC.
