Way overpriced for what you get! Spent more money than anyone should for a 2 night stay. Did I mention that they also charge a daily “resort fee” For you to use their pool and beach? Are you kindling me ? Isn’t that what we overpay for in the first place is the amenities? I can not Recommend this hotel to anyone, kids were bored by day 2, food was average at best. The first day on the beach we waited OVER 2 hours for our food. The rooftop food was ehhh.. no paper towels or napkins in the hotel. I could go on but the $5k price tag for two days says enough. At that price Everything should be included. Very very disappointed don’t waste your money.

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It is clean and comfortable with the friendly service.

We stayed off season so many amenities weren’t open yet but the staff and grounds were lovely and lots still to do during our stay.

We loved how things were spread out like a resort but was very homey and elegant at the same time. We would come back. Location is perfect. Central to everywhere we went.

Receptionist was not very pleasant, iron did not work in room, used pod left in coffee maker! A property such as this can do better. Disappointing.

Excellent stay!

This Place is not very accommodating rooms are very old. Carpet in elevators smells too expensive for what you get for the money

Woman at check in was quite rude when she couldn’t find my reservation. She had attitude when questioning me about making a reservation through a third party. My reservation was found when I realized it was under my maiden name.

We loved this hotel. It was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to come back again!

Worn out carpets, dirty walls and ceilings, broken equipment and incompetent staff in a nice location equals overpriced hotel in nice area. I won’t be back....

This hotel was overpriced compared to other places on the cape. We spent half our time here and half our time at Chatham bars inn and the mansion did not compare to Chatham bars inn. It was outdated and our room was musty and super over priced IMO

Great way to start our summer off! Beautiful pools, nice access to the bike trails. On-site dining left a lot to be desired. But there are plenty of off-site options.

This resort has many levels of accommodations and services. Some are grand. We were looking for above average accommodations and some quiet time. There was the quiet time. The accommodations left much to be desired. We found not a single piece of paper, except toilet tissue, in the villa. We found nothing special in the kitchenette--no napkins, salt and pepper, dish towels, paper towels, etc. There were minimal number of dishes and glassware. No what we expected.

The resort has an excellent reputation so we were willing to pay the relatively expensive price. However, we were very disappointed with our experience. Yes, the buildings and grounds were gorgeous, Our accommodation did look nice - at the first glance. However, slightly close inspections shows many maintenance problems one might find in a motel, but not expect to find in a place that advertises itself as a luxurious resort. For example, the hallway light did not work, the security hinge on the back door fell off when I tried using the back door, the bathroom water dial fell off when we try using it, the internet barely worked, we were told to dial 0 on the room phone whenever we want to connect with the front desk but nobody answers when we tried it. The $18 buffet breakfast option in the main building looks very promising. The dining area is spectacular. However, the serving staff was not helpful - did not even offer the option of order items off the buffet. The buffet itself was terrible. For the money, the buffet only offer very few items -scrambled eggs, sausages links, beacon, hot oatmeal, some fruits, toast/bagels and some muffins. More importantly, the quality of food is equivalent to low quality cafeteria lunches. I expect cheaper but better service/food from local dinners. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at the resort.

The only one issues is you could not use the resorts beach unless you stayed on the mansion side. Grounds were kept up very well and beautiful. The condo was very cleaned. The staff at check in and check out was very cheerful and friendly.

Overall we enjoyed the Villages and would stay here again. The check in process was a little slow and we could not check into our room until 430 after complaining about he wait. However the staff was very friendly and accomadating. The ability to have access to all the amenities was nice and the private beach is nice for a few hours. The access to the rest of the cape is great and Brewster is a nice town. Our villas was very nice and the beds were very comfy and clean. Restaurants are on the pricey side for the quality, however the views are great and you are paying for the atmosphere.

Beautiful grounds with lots of open spaces made for a relaxing visit. Shuttles were available for easy access to the resort and shopping area. Rooms were large, clean and had nice views.

Nothing better than a trip to Cape Cod to get away from Southern California! The Villages at Ocean Edge Resort is a beautiful resort. Be sure you rent a car so you can enjoy the area.
