Was attending a wedding room was not too important

Place was fine, good location, comfortable bed. The bathroom was not clean though and the room was not cleaned by staff the next day. For business travelers please note there is not a desk.

This was an outstanding location and up to date accommodations. Please not the property is undergoing renovations.

Went to the cape off season around May 5th. Looked for a good location with good reviews and found the breakers! The room was clean, you are right on the beach. Good location mid cape on the south side. My wife and I couldn't be happier!

Huge room/appartment. Super value in the offseason. Clean and new. Nice view of ocean, nice tub in room, space for a big party. Groovy pretend fireplace upstairs Early checkout was enforced a bit too strongly (and a tiny bit unfriendly) even though the clocks were moving forward that morning.

Very clean and comfortable place, and the location on the beach is wonderful.

We traveled to the Cape to attend a friend's wedding. We found this hotel/condo resort on Orbitz and Expedia. The rooms are nice and well maintained, but in the interest of full disclosure, you should know that the "studio" rooms don't actually include a queen-size bed... try a full-size 'Murphy' Bed that you pull down from the wall instead. This was a bit of a surprise for us when we entered the room. I knew it would be a small studio, but I was expecting a real bed at least.

the picture on the website was not the place that the reservation was for. We ended up across the street, not on the beach, no ocean view or balcony looking at the ocean. Apparently the only people that could stay right on the beach side are the time share people. the only time we could see the ocean was if we went out on our 3rd floor bedroom balcony and stood up and looked toward the ocean. It was a very clean place and very nice, small, but nice. I should have called them directly, because your price was about $18 more a night than what they charge.

The hotel was excellent, clean, nice, romantic. we only have 2 complaints. The hotel was equipped with a kitchenette, I was expecting at least a hot plate, so we had to eat all meals out, also, the bed was just way too soft, the 2nd night we had to use the pull out sofa. Spiral stair case was really nice. Beautiful location, right on the beach.
