The only complaint I have is the WiFi kept dropping/unstable. I did not look at the pool, their gym is decent (of your a pf member there's one less than 2 miles) :)
We booked for a hockey tournament and stayed 1 night. Elevator out of order. Boards on windows. Completely outdated. Room...hole in the wall and toilet barely flushed, very small. Pool was larger than thought but dirty. Hot tub was a cold tub and dirty as well. Random guy peaking in window then went to deak asking to swim. I had to run outside at 530am and there was car with people in it bumping to music so sketchy. Definitely not a comfortable place to stay. Staff was nice but def not worth your money.
We were trapped in our room when the police responded to a domestic violence incident in the room across the hall. No communication from staff when police, ambulance, and crime scene personnel cleared the hallway.
The staff were friendly and helpful. My grandkids enjoyed the pool, hottub and sauna. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.
Initially gave us a card to a room only to discover it was already occupied. Hot tub was freezing cold (which was the main reason I booked this hotel). Banging pipes in the walls. I think sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable than the bed. Only good thing about this stay was the breakfast
It was very close to relatives we were visiting on Waquoit Bay.t Woman working breakfast was rude, barely answered questions and grabbed food a little before listed closing time as guests were trying to fill their plate or get a piece of fruit.

This was a decent place to stay for the weekend in Cape Cod. It was very overpriced, but I think its location in Hyannis dictates its price more than anything else. It was great that they allow pets, but know that they have a limited number of pet rooms available. There isn't much of an area to walk a dog. Their grounds are mostly parking lot, but It is nice that they allow dogs. The staff was terrific. Very helpful and polite. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Nothing special. I would stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was good size and clean. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was awesome. We marked this motel as our go to when we head to the Cape. Thank you for our pleasant stay.

Everything was great except hot tub was out of service :( i chose this hotel beacuse of hot tub so i was disappointed .but thung was sauna. Just come earlier, turn on sauna and enjoy pool and sauna
