The room was very affordable. The property was located in a rough part of town next to a 24 hour adult bookstore. (Who even uses those?) The property looked like it was old and in need of a "facelift." Check-in was ok, but I got the impression the lady checking me in, was unfamiliar with how everything worked. While I was not allowed to enter the lobby, but there were people standing around in the lobby. (Maybe friends or family? They didn't seem to have a job there.) Shabby is the best word I can use to describe the room. You could tell an effort had been made to properly clean the room, and nothing stood out as being particularly dirty, but the room just seemed to be unkept. There were visible stains on the box springs and on the chair in the room. The room room smelled musty and the t.v. didn't work properly. While the sheets and blanket in the room were clean, they were very thin, worn, and did not fit the bed. I would not go back.
The staff was really friendly. When we checked in the woman at the window, treated me with much respect and courtesy. We weren't allowed in to the front desk and had to check in at the night window. When we got to our room, it was being cleaned and we had to wait in our car in the heat. However, the housekeeper was really nice and friendly.
This was a bad decision to book . Inn was located right next to an adult store near nothing but a gas station . The room had a terrible musty cigarette odor. This property is falling apart. No hot water, filthy bathroom, dirty pillows, holes in the bed sheets. The only thing clean were the towels.
When I checked in around 3:30 they gave me a room that wasn’t vacuumed so I had to wait for them to vacuum room. There were also missing lightbulbs and nonworking light fixtures. The bathroom also had uncovered floorboards and I stepped on the nails more than once. Very unsafe.
Night checkin young lady was very welcoming. owner was not welcoming. Our room had no hot water for showers for eleven days. Towel racks fell off the wall smoke detector hanging off the wall Rip's in the carpeting. We had to ask for room service towels Etc after 7 days. Would not recommend or stay there again
