The house is located in one of the best places in Dénia, on the beachfront with spectacular views, the sea, the city of Dénia and Montgó, it is ten minutes away, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, leisure area and from the city of Dénia. The rocky beach, Las Rotas, is a fantastic beach for water sports such as snorkeling, is less than 5 minutes away. The house is located in an unfamiliar farm on the beachfront with direct access to the beach and the promenade of the Marineta Casiana. It has a games room with table tennis and billiards, a shared pool with the rest of the apartments and common areas, such as the chill-out area. Own parkin, terrace with porsche and wonderful views.
