The hospitality I have seen here I haven't seen nowhere.Best property of taj to stay.I love this property very much as once I was a trainee here. The staff is very humble and helpful. The coffee shop is the best place to get relaxed
My stay got off to a bumpy start all thanks to some miscommunication about the requirement of Credit Card details to confirm a booking. The gentleman on front office duty wasn't willing to help and was almost rude in the initial dealing. However, the entire confusion was sorted out to the timely and practical action taken by Mr Vikas Nagar, who was the Duty Manager. Thanks to Mr Nagar and all the other members of the staff, the rest of my stay was par excellence. The rooms are nicely laid out and extremely spacious. I had the breakfast on both days and the life counter options are very good. Kudos to Mr Bedi, the F&B Manager and his entire team. The room service was friendly and prompt while the laundry service was dot on time. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the location since it's situated bang in the middle of Lutyen's Delhi. I am planning to stay there again pretty soon.
Food is average .I believe there should be more variety but service was excellent.Staff was very polite and knowledgeable.Staff was very well trained.I would love to come again.Overall experience was very good.
We had got some offer from a dining portal to dine at this place but we regretted it. Ambience is great but they lack in food department, which is the usp of a restaurant. Waiting staff were lacking in service too. After asking couple of times, We were able to get their attention. They were more engaged in serving their in house guests.
A return visit this time was better. We were in a much larger, better and modernised room. Hopefully all the other rooms get this facelift. Once again the staff were wonderful, right from the entering the hotel, front desk, housekeeping and restaurants. Special thanks to Pooja at the entrance, who is always smiling and helpful, and both Farhan in Larry's China and Prakash in Yellow Brick Road. Even the resident taxi owners/drivers are very good.
I have stayed half a dozen times at the place and have no complaints. A comfortable place with friendly staff and with a good restaurant. The breakfast spread is excellent and I really like their cheese platter. Overall a good experience.
We checked in on 13th march till 20th march,it was like coming back home.In the reception Mr Rana and his team welcomed us ,we were given room 314 and excellent room recently refurbished 3rd floor, good decor with all the facilities Pardeep singh was really helpful.Mr Rana was excellent In the catering both Prakash were outstanding and served us well In the room Mr Mohammed Madine kept our room to a very high standard Everyone looked after us,thanks
Lovely hotel, warm welcome with a refreshing mango welcome drink and an excellent coffee shop with friendly, helpful service and superb coffee and delicious cakes- thank you Anurag, you make the best coffee latte in Delhi 😀
I had a really good stay here for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The location was good, next to the Khan market and the hotel drivers were very good. The gym was very small and had limited equipment.
My family's experience at the USIED at Vivanta by Taj Dwarka was sublime. The facilities are very nice, the food excellent--but the most striking feature of our stay were the employees. We have never experienced such fabulous service. The most notable thing about our contact with the Vivanta by Taj Dwarka staff was the way they combined extreme attention to our needs with genuine personal connection. Some of these gestures were more formulaic--such as the very kind presentation, along with a handwritten letter, of a spectacle case and shoe bag by Ashish, the gentleman who cleaned our room. Still more impressive was the extraordinary kindness and attention provided by Supriya at the front of the hotel: she patiently helped us negotiate where to go to do a variety of shopping, waited as the number of our party fluctuated, provided water to save a third trip back to our room by my 11-year-old son, booked an inexpensive taxi for us while also arranging a more expensive hotel taxi for our return (since we didn't have data for Uber), and gave detailed directions to the outbound taxi driver so that we didn't have to worry about language difficulties. When my son decided not to go, she helped him get back to our hotel room even though I was retaining the key that would allow us to get up to our floor upon our return. In every way, Supriya anticipated our needs and went beyond meeting them. She radiated capability, good will, and graciousness. Two other staff members who also made our stay memorable served us breakfast on different days of the conference. Harshit made a point of bringing my son various treats of his own accord--a waffle, a milkshake--things that delighted him and lifted his experience well beyond the norm. Alisha, from Shillong, chatted with us about her hometown, teased us in very charming ways, and helped us feel that we were connecting on a human level. On our last day, she packed a lunchbox for our children that included muffins and olives and fruit--all foods that we have sadly missed during our 7 months' stay in Bhutan. Despite extensive travel experience (I used to travel weekly for work), my husband and I have never felt so well cared for in our lives.
