The Taj Palace in Delhi continues the tradition of top notch hospitality, wonderful dining facilities and it’s also spotlessly clean!! We had such a fabulous stay it was hard to leave.

I was charged 200 dollars for using mini bar. I took 2 Red Bull’s , few juices and couple of snacks. Room rent was 130 dollars for comparison. I was not informed that mini bar is not complimentary.
Horrible service being provided . Especially duty manager Atul . Didn’t meet my expectations everything was opposite of what I was told
The staff was very accommodating from chec-in to check-out. Clean and safe.
Decent property but the staff service was not good at all.
Highly recommended! The property maintains high standards when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. We though the dining choices were slightly expensive by Indian standards for high end dining. Sadly couple of dishes that i tried had low quality meat. Highly recommend staying here.
The Hotel not only stands up to its reputation but also the staff. Starting from the Managers, the attendants, chefs, swim pool staff - each one was welcoming and very warm in their interactions. highly recommended
I think this Taj Palace Property at Delhi, does not meet the same standards as other property, especially I stayed over a week and upon advising the Hotel about the Room tub water leaking, nothing was corrected until I checked out. I advised the duty manager about my concern. He was not very cooperative, but did advised me that he will look into the matter and let me know. It’s been more than 3 days, I did not heard from him. I need adjustment from my total Hotel Bill on this service that was not working due to their plumbing issues. I think I did not got full value for what I paid for during my stay there,
