I celebrated my daughter's eight birthday at Park Plaza, faridabad in August 2017. Food, cleanliness was very good. The staff was cordial and efficient. Mr. Amit, manager at park plaza was very helpful during the whole cycle overlooking my party from booking to the final wrap off. I was very satisfied with the whole deal. Strongly recommend!
I had been there for a business visit, The room was just Ok, few power cuts, weird designs of bathroom, you get wet while using wash basin. The buffet breakfast not upto mark & lot of discontinuities in service. Just ok for a night stay
Have been regularly visiting the hotel. There have been many hiccups along the way. Before I give any mention to that I would mention the good service of Dinesh Kumar. His prompt service with a smile, going an extra mile has made us visit the hotel. Sad to say the your Park Plaza Membership card got expired in August, but nobody in the management is ready to help. The only answer is contact Mr Rohit, who keeps extending the date. With people like Dinesh Kumar, the hotel will do well. But people like Rohit, who are not able to issue new Membership cards need to be seriously reviewed by Park Hotel Management. I leave the decision to you.
Very nice place to stay, on a business trip to Faridabad I stay in this hotel for few days. The room is neat & clean, only negative part in room is its size. The food served in "Veranda" restaurant is very tasty. Overall pleasant stay.
Hi, I along with my friend visited the hotel today for a lunch buffet. I must say that I am extremely impressed by the service extended. Very impressed with Dinesh (hotel staff), who took excellent care of our order. :)
Stayed one night 12-13 Sept. On arrival check in was disorganized and wifi instructions/password were not given. I simply dropped my bags in my room without paying much notice and headed to the bar for a meeting. The English style pub on ground floor was quite fine with tasty Indian bites. Returning late and tired to my room I noticed two small twin beds instead of a double but was too tired by then to complain and change. In the morning I noticed that I was in fact in a room for people with disabilities. I had to squat down to shave using the waist high mirror. Nobody mentioned this on check in. Apparently the full hotel was their excuse but not in my book. Room and carpets also looking very tired in general. They recovered ok with some discount but frankly would not go back in a hurry
We were group of 10 people looking foe best place to dineout for lunch and checking online site for reference , we found park plaza which has a decent rating and also near to our area. We have opted there buffet which has a decent variety in there menu collection , mutton , chicken , paneer , vegetable , dal , some continental and chinese as well . Loved there salad ( Mis of Veg and Non veg ) and dessert section ( Indian , bakery , Confectionary and Fresh cut Fruits ) . Hospitality and service was excellent , special thanks to there chefs who made such fantabulous dishes . we will definately recommend and visit the place again soon .
Wonderful Staff :-) They go out of their way to be of help I use this property for my business meetings too and there is rarely a time when major goof ups happen . Continue the good work guys !! A tip for the management - you could please work on the conditioning - if the group is large - the AC falls short
Excellent food and service by Mr Deepak and Chef Rahul and all the other staff members and hotel rooms are excellent.The hotel ambience is amazing and it is closer to Asian Hospital.Everyday they prepare variety of cuisines.One must surely visit it with family
I had chosen this property for my business trip as it was in the list of my favorite club carlson group. For sure, they did not maintain the standard of the group right from checkin to final checkout. I could see a lot of complacency as they have lot of repeat corporate bookings. So they clearly ignore first time visitors. Checkin : Not pleasant at all. Entire tariff for 3 days was charged upfront although my card is registered with clubcarlson and i am a regular business user. The facial expression in the checkin counter was "Oh one more checkin. Rooms : Overall well maintained and good concept of glass walled bathrooms. Broken tiles and old material was clearly not called for. Restaurant : exhorbitant costs for buffet. Good variety in Breakfast. But again the complacency had crept in to them. Simple services like Tea/ coffee were not even attended to in the three days stay. Basic cutlery were missing all around and we ahd to wait so long to get one. This is pathetic considering the pace in the morning. Checkout : Despite informing in advance, the waiting time was little bit more. Summary : Much below the standards that Clubcarlson has set.
