Excellent experience in the hotel very professional staff Only concern was the hiring of car. After checkout and paying for car rental at the front desk the driver (Anil ) while driving me to the airport showed me a fake receipt asking for more money (5000 rupees) as petrol cost. When I resisted and asked him to take me back to hotel front desk he kind of backed off. This thing made me feel a little bit insecure

The Ibis was a great place to stay, close to airport with restaurant, I would stay here again. Safe place to stay.

We enjoyed ourvstay at Ibis. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The lacking elements were shampoo/conditioner in the rooms, the unopened gym due to licensing issues we were told and non-heated pool. The pool water was so cold, it was unusable. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of items. The staff were efficient and helpful.

I had asked for a late check-in do to my arrival. It turned out that there was a 4 hrs. delay and there was no difficulty allowing me to check in even later and yet I was asked at what time do I wanted to checkout.

Tiny room. Bathroom even tinier to the point of being inconvenient. Great location, good staff and clean hotel.

This hotel has free airport pick-up and free rides to the Airport Metro line. The staff here are very friendly. We arrived at 3 am and were so comfortable that we slept for 13 hours. It was so quiet, that we did not realize we were sleeping so late. The staff were very helpful getting us oriented and on our way after we woke up.

From the outside, and the setup, the hotel looks (doesn't mean it is) comfortable. They have all the glitters of a luxurious hotel chain, but none of the comforts that come with it. For the same price, one can get Hilton or Mariott, which gives a far better overall experience and customer service. Reservation system is terrible. They have no staff after 5pm or so, to answer any reservation issues. The IVRS system is irritating, and the staff pretty much every time connects you to the reservation, where the phone and IVRS keep buzzing multiple times, unless one realizes that they might be closed. I've had an emergency at 1am once at Hilton (which has the same tariff as them), and they helped me resolve it in few minutes. In case of IBIS, it took 2-3 calls and irritating time on IVRS to figure out that the reservation is closed, and few more calls to try to talk to hotel staff to address your issue, to which they rudely hang up after making an excuse of hello, hello!!, I can't hear you, multiple times. When you are there, even during periods of no rush (my case), it took almost 1 hour from the moment I arrived at the hotel, to where I got into my room. Try to have a confirmation of having the breakfast included in advance clearly mentioned. They flip over with two different speeches, before and after you've made the reservation. The food is over-priced, and not worth it. My advice: If this is the last option you have, go ahead and make a reservation, and pray that you are never in need of assistance from the staff during your stay. If you have other options, better take a chance there. This hotel is ok, given you only need the hotel staff during check in or check out.

We like this hotel a lot and have stayed there a number of times, but for some reason, I can not get the good rate I used to get where breakfast was included. We like its convenient location to the airport Metro line. We also like that they have a free airport shuttle.

We are tired of waiting for the fitness room to be renovated, but otherwise, it is a good hotel, value for money. I have been a bit perturbed that initially I was able to get the room for Rs3000-4000 with the breakfast, but now to get the breakfast with the room, it is more than RS4000.

Great hotel for a short stay. Cons: Rooms are very small. Pros: Free shuttle to and from airport.

I stayed at ibis hotel for 2 days during my visit to Jaipur. Rooms at ibis hotel are very spacious and comfortable. Wi-fi connectivity is there in each and every corner of the room. I will surely recommend it to others.

I stayed in this hotel for just one night, just before my trip back to California because my plane was leaving at 3:40 am. The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet, which allowed me to sleep a few (very much needed) hours. Overall, a very good experience.

I needed a hotel between a domestic and international flight, and this fit the need perfectly. Very convenient shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Very close to the airport with friendly staff. However, air conditioning was not working properly. The technician came and worked on it, finally saying it will not get any cooler (24 deg Celsius). The sink and the shower area were not cleaned properly. But since we were only staying overnight, we managed and got off very early morning. Hotel provided airport drop off - which was nice.

Hotel was great, very convenient from Airport. Breakfast was excellent.

easy access to downtown delhi via subway close to airport

Ibis Delhi Airport Hotel is ideal for business purposes and conferences. It is a low budget business hotel with great facilities and mind blowing services. I have stayed there couple of times and prefer having all the meetings there. The wireless connection offers great speed and facilitates official tasks. The hotel also has more than one meeting rooms as I remember attending meetings in different rooms both the times. The service is quick and the staff proactive in their approach. The contemporary look and feel of the entire hotel makes it a perfect one for corporates. Moreover, after a hectic day you can take a dip into the hot pool.

The property is just out of the world. The service is really good and it is very well maintained. The breakfast has so many amazing options that you really can't choose what to eat. The staff takes care of your every need. I noticed they also had a pet friendly policy, which was amazing. I will surly come back but with my pet.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are very small. Rooms were stuffy, not enough ventilation. Tea served in room was very bad quality. The smoke alarm went off just from the steam from shower room!! And no one responded for a long time. Horrible stay!!! Would never stay again.

Excellent choice for in-between flights. Allow you to take a break and rest before going back to Delhi Airport. Free Shuttle and car distance no more than 10min.
