Dangerous. Too bad attitude. Everything you asked will be delayed more than 30-45 minutes and if u ask they will show their attitude. Safe to be quite. If they know you are staying for short time they will treat you different. Bad bad people

Worst nightmare to start our holiday ! We got there early morning. Our room was booked for a day before our arrival there to make sure it was ready for us. We had breakfast included in this hotel. We booked it through a travel agent flight + hotel in November. A week before we go we called them to confirmed our reservation. When we got there, the staff was sleeping on the floor waited long for someone to come and see us. When we gave our reservation letter to the receptionist. He took ages before telling us they haven't got a reservation under my name. We were very angry as we made sure it was all good before we come. When we told the receptionist we called a week before we come, he went and checked again and said he can see our reservation but our room isn't ready (we had it book for a day before we arrive to made sure it was). They had to shift us to another hotel for the night. The other hotel was the same as this one disgusting and not a hotel room. When we got back to this one. Their room are so dirty, stained on bed. Dirty bathroom. Do not go there if you have a family or want to have a good holiday. You're better off getting a hotel that's better rates and you will enjoy your holiday. Make sure you ask to see the room before booking the hotel do not go by pictures on their website. They make it look good but they are not ! We had to change hotel and lose our money on this one but it was impossible for my family and I to stay in this type of room.

Booked this hotel via booking.com informed them it would be a late check in still they did not kept a room for us. At 2 in the night we two girls were shifted to another shady hotel. Was really disappointed.

I did booking for rooms for 5 nights ,even i called them about confirmation and it was confirmed.When we reached there they told me that rooms are not available. we were with luggages,it was difficult to move to another hotel.My contact was with them but they didt think that it is important to inform us and arrange some other room or hotel. The way they behaved on reception counter was ruthless and insane

I booked this hotel through GOIBIBO for 1 night from 2nd July to third July on triple occupancy with breakfast on Deluxe Room. Upon arrival Vinod at the reception told us that the booking is on double occupancy and we will be charged ₹ 500 for the third person, we called GOIBIBO and then it was settled on top of that Vinod's attitude toward us was very cold. The room was too small and dingy with a foul smell in it again it was informed that we will not be staying in this room as it is not like shown in the picture, After a lot of argument Vinod assured us room will be allocated to us by 10:30 and a also a better one. When we got back to the hotel after dinner, Vinod was gone and Sanjay on the front desk informed us Vinod has left for the day and he is unaware of the situation again the same attitude and same problem from Mr. Sanjay just like Vinod. We were informed no new room will be allocated to us as the hotel is full, we spoke to the owner of the place over the phone he told us to take the refund back and find some new hotel after the call to GOIBIBO we were shifted to hotel Takhs which was nearby finally we got the room at 12:30 and we had to leave at 7:00 AM. They way GOIBIBO handled the situation was good and they were helpful but at the same time they should be careful in dealing with such hotels. As for the hotel I don't blame the staff as they are employees, the problem is with the owner and the management of the hotel. Do not stay here, not for families. Stay away.

Nice hospitality with nice location of hotel sun city. I was there for office work for 6 night's.my stay was amazing.hotel is neat and clean with required amenities and close to karol bagh metro station.I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Booked a room here through tripadvisor. Got there at 10:30pm after a flight to find out that they didn't have information of a booking from us. They then told me they didn't have an account with tripadvisor in which you can prepay for the room. They offered us a room, however, but would not honor the tripadvisor invoice or the price on tripadvisor. Since it was late and we had no other options we took an available room but had to pay twice the amount. I spoke to the manager in the morning hoping we could get this cleared up and possibly stay another night. He still wouldn't honor the price on tripadvisor or any of the other booking website prices. We then decided to go elsewhere since the manager there clearly does not know how to run a business. Don't come to this hotel, or, if you must then don't book a room through tripadvisor.

Terrible Hotel, room are small and unclean, Bathroom stinks and Linen is dirty even its no changed after room service. Staff is adament and not afreaid to mention that if you book online you will get substandard rooms. Please avoid this Hotel as far a possible.

Great hospitality by Mr. Sanjay and other staff.. Helped us a lot for roaming everywhere and was great in routing for everything we needed... Perfect location with proper parking and all necessary convenience required for a comfortable stay...Most importantly food was amazingly tasty and tea is amazing...will always stay here whenever will visit delhi.. Perfect stay within the budget... Great hospitality.. Kee0 serving.. Keep growing... Cheers...

I was there with my wife. Hotel staff is very helpful and they guided me wherever we required. Hotel is clean and rooms are very good. Will recommend for this hotel if anyone wants to stay in Karolbag...it is very near to metro station.
