Property is average, but manager permits long-term stays. One of those "tenants" was directly on top of me and she, along with her child, ran back and forth for my entire 5-day stay. Clerk was informed when I checked in that I was there on business and needed a quiet room. Reported daily. Staff would approach, but tenant just disregarded. She would have been removed by any reasonable manager, but this property is not concerned about normal hotel guests if it jeopardizes money from one of their long-term tenants. Worst hotel experience in 55 years. Do not stay at this hotel if need a place to work during your staff. On site staff was professional and friendly, but it was clear that management precluded them from acting further to eject the unruly, disrespectful, self-entitled long-term tenant. Its enough to support a fraud claim and I may go there, but will certainly contact appropriate levels of management beyond the property itself.

I liked the property and the facilities. The room would have been quieter had there not been a child in the room overhead running back and forth for a literal hour at a time several times a day and had management been willing to address the issue.

Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. A very nice place.

Glad for the refrigerator, cooktop & dishwasher. Everything seemed clean, though the room did smell like smoke when first entering. Room was quiet; didn’t hear noise from other rooms. Sign on front door says masks required; however, person at front desk on check-in had their mask below their nose. Observed one other employee, on more than one occasion, with no mask at all. Saw several patrons with no mask. Overall it was still clean & quiet, and we would stay again.

The size of the room is nice. Loved having a mini kitchen. It was also very quiet.

New building close to AFB and restaurants. With free laundry

The hotel is centrally located for us to visit family and friends. Also the bed was very comfortable.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Midwest and Del Cities. Always clean and beds are super comfortable.

Overnight. Came in late and out early. Unique eating places within walking distance. Room had a dishwasher and great amenities.

Always a good place to stay. Plenty of restaurants around and always get a good nights rest.

The location was a little sketchy but it was the overall experience was wonderful. The rooms were nice sized and well-kept. We would stay there again!

I am so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Yes we do allow long term stays, because we are an extended stay property. We have people that have lived here for four years. I know that my front desk agent wanted to move you to a different room but you refused to move. The guest above you with the toddler usually doesn't have his family here, they came to visit him for the week, I apologize for the little one running around. I know we talked to the mother and father about this.
