Excellent staff, clean rooms and walk to the beach.
Not sure why the staff had to make a copy of my credit card front and back. I was told for audit reasons. Now have to cancel card and order another. Also breakfast was horrible. Went at 9 am and nothing was left but waffles and juice.
The hotel is very tired an in need of renovation. After a way too long check-in, we went up to our room and no hot water came out, the bathroom light wouldn't come on and the toilet wouldn't fill after flushing. At $200/night, the place was a dump and when I brought up the issues we were having, the GM offered to comp two days of parking...$30 on a $700 bill for three nights. Stay clear of this place. Very poor management.

right on Deerfield beach and was a clean hotel. Housekeeping only cleans your room upon request was my only complaint. Awesome everywhere else. staff very friendly and helpful
The lady at the front desk was great. The one at check in was a little less than desired for. Absolutely love the area and how close everything is to this hotel. The pool Natzi needs to chill out bro. It’s just a job.
My husband and I came here for a weekend getaway. I couldn’t believe how beautiful and clean it was compared to the other places we’ve been duped into staying with. Staff was pleasant and rooms were kept clean daily. Not the greatest wifi but who cares when you’re on vacation! Beautiful garden in the back of the hotel for some shade and serenity. Nice pool area and everything is super close to the hotel (beach, restaurants, shopping). Well worth the money!
Had a wonderful time at this hotel! It’s a little old but the decor is very cute and well maintained! Very clean and friendly staff. The location is great (a block from the ocean and two blocks from some really good restaurants and night life. Pool bar was a plus! Swimming pool with the slides was excellent for the kids! Will definitely visit again when in the area
